Spend two weeks minimum in Manhattan on the River overlooking one of New York's best parks with Olympic pool and diving. This contemporary condominium has floor to ceiling with panoramic view of tug boats, sailboats, and cruiselines, navigating the tidal East River just north of the United Nation.
The Condo is small yet efficient with three bedrooms: one with child bunk beds, one with double loft bed and sitting/work area, one with pull down queen bed with balcony. The living room has fold down couch.
The building has a health club with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, gym, lounge, play room, game room and roof deck. The lobby is full service with cleaners, security, bellmen, and concierge. All tenants must abide by property regulations.
This is available for Christmas, holidays and summer months and requires a deposit, referrals and application fee for security clearance. Close to public transportation, Whitney Museum and cute restaurants and stores. 7 blocks to Central Park and Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The condo is small but neat and clean and in a wonderful building. The people treated us very well, including giving us tips on how to order in, visit sites, get about, etc. Val
Owner response:For years we have had foreigners stay in our luxury condo on the East River with sweeping views, friendly staff, full amenities, and wonderful neighborhood. We have never had a problem and have even put up Christmas trees and lights for our guests to make it extra spacial over the holidays. We love to make your trip into a lifetime memory.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
