  Great House and location-short walk to the beach with the family. The town of Duck was in walking distance-which some took morning runs/walks to the area. House was nicely decorated and you got the beach feeling being in it. We had 11 people and it was perfect for everyone-not feeling crowded whether you were in the kitchen/eating area or down stairs in the rec. room. We had 5 teenagers and the Rec.room was perfect for them. The Hot tub was great too! Price was wonderful! We will return-Thank you for sharing your property!!

  I would completely recommend this property....kitchen contained all necessary items needed to cook with; bedrooms were all well decorated and comfortable....plenty of room in common areas for everyone to have their own space....game room great for teenagers as well as adults....hot tub was relaxing and clean....lovely views of the bay from upstairs deck and quick walk to the beach....great location....property management company was extremely professional and accomodating...quick and easy check in/check out process...and we were even able to bring our dog with us for a complete family vacation! Highly recommend!

  Duckin Out is a spacious home. We had 2 families of 4 and everyone had plenty of room to move around. There are many nooks and spaces in the house, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen set up made it easy for 2 cooks to make a proper Thanksgiving dinner. <br/>We had 1 beautiful warm day and were able to enjoy both the hot tub and sound views from the deck. No matter how cold it is outside, the sunset over the sound is lovely. Quick driving access to the center of town and not a bad walk to the beach made this home's location convenient. We all enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving break.

  Just returned home from a week of heaven in this beautiful home. Very clean,very well taken care of . This home has everything you could need to make a perfect vacation. We had beautiful weather, but even if it would have rained all week, I would have been content staying in this home. Convenient to downtown and to restaurants Will definitely be back.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a great time at Duckin Out! We love coming to the OBX and alwasy have a good time when we're there! I look forward to the next time we get to come back. Great house, great fun, great times!

  WE LOVED OUR STAY. EVERYTHING WAS SUPER. THE HOUSE WAS ALL AND MORE THAN ADVERTISED. EVERYONE IN OUR PARTY VOTED TO RETURN EVERY YEAR FOR OUR FAMILY VACATION.

  We absolutely loved Duckin Out! It was the perfect house for our group. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and privacy for everyone. The only thing I would change, is that more towels and washcloths be provided! One per person is a little tough. Other than that, it was perfect!
