Welcome to Duckin' Out! Enjoy wonderful sunsets from the decks of this beautiful million dollar plus home! Built in 2005 and beautifully decorated with five and a half gorgeous custom tiled bathrooms! Four bedrooms are master suites, with their own bathroom. All six bedrooms, and the den, have their own TV/DVD player.
Located in the resort community of Duck, with its numerous activities and quaint down town shopping area! From this home you can walk directly down the oceanside street to the beach! Across the street there is access to the soundside walking trails.
The home is professionally decorated and beautifully appointed. The kitchen, great room, and loft on the top level of the home is a favorite spot for family gatherings. Master bedroom one is located on the top level of the home.
The midlevel of this home has three additional master suites, (two with king beds, one with a full bed). There is a den on this level, which has; French doors that close, a sleep sofa, and an armoire with a TV/DVD player. All rooms and the den have access to decks.
The generous recreation room is equipped with a pool table, TV/DVD, movies, board games, X-Box game system with games, stereo system, large refrigerator, sink and microwave.
