Master bedroom and bath are on the main floor with an extra-oversized tub.
The second floor has three big bedrooms, another family room and a full bath.
The lower level has a recreation area including a ping pong table and large bedroom with a full bath. Laundry room with double tub and washer/dryer located here.
There are TVs on the main and upper floors with cable and a VCR/DVD. A rental store is located in nearby Glen Arbor.
You can sun yourself on the huge bi-level deck, or swim in the shallowsandy Glen Lake and enjoy the views of Alligator Hill and Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. You can also boat around Little Glen and Big Glen Lakes with almost any type of watercraft which can be rented from the nearby Marina at the Narrows. Entertaining horseshoe pit behind the unattached garage. Fire pit by the lake. A couple of bikes and a couple of mopeds are available for your pleasure.
The home is fully furnished with linen, dishware, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. You only need to bring food.
A beautiful new Malibu SKI BOAT is in the water in front of the home which is also available for rent. It is a bow rider which can accomodate about 10 people, has an inboard 8 cyclinder engine, a swim & sun platform. Water toys including skis, tubes and all accessories are alvailable as well.
