This fully furnished 3500 square feet home is situated in a prime location, within walking distance to both the Hayden Lake Golf and Country Club and the Avondale Golf Course as well as two quaint local restaurants, minutes to Honeysuckle Beach and Hayden Lake boat launch, and three miles to town for convenient shopping.
Walk down the steps to our private dock and enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, kayaking, or playing on a paddle boat. When not in the water, spend your time on the large deck overlooking the lake to relax, barbeque, and watch the wildlife (deer, eagles, osprey, herons, and pheasants) and gorgeous sunsets. (Please note: this is on Avondale Lake, a quiet fishing and swimming lake. No motorized boats allowed - Hayden Lake is just 1 1/2 miles away. There's plenty of room to store a boat on our 1 acre property)
Enjoy spectacular lake views from the master suite which has its own private deck and fireplace. Lake views are also enjoyed from the dining room, living room with fireplace, and large fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar for casual eating. The sitting room, with a cable flat screen TV and overlooking a front lawn and forest, offers a quiet retreat behind french doors. All rooms downstairs have lake views, including the second master suite which has its own full bath, two additional bedrooms, and a playroom with a cable TV, DVD/video player, and lots of games. Also available for your use is an equipped laundry room, and parking for an RV and/or boat.
