This spacious three bedroom, three bathroom modified A-frame has a huge open Great Room area with fireplace, dining and living room combined with a spectacular, big water view of Lake Sinclair. Located on Rocky Creek, known as the prettiest water on the lake, you can ski or fish right off the dock or take a swim in the protected cove. The more adverturesome vacationers can grab the two kayaks available at the house to paddle about and soak in the beautiful scenery.
The open deck has plenty of relaxing space and will quickly become your favorite retreat for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water. There are two master bedrooms (one with queen bed and lake view and one with full bed and woods view) and a spacious guest bedroom with two queen beds, a crib and a bathroom right outside your door. The den can easily convert to an extra sleeping area for kids. There is also a ‘swing n’ slide’ outdoor play gym to entertain the kiddies.
The boat launch at Rocky Creek park is located one mile away and lovely historic downtown Milledgeville (restaurants, pubs, walking tours, historic homes, Old Capital Building) is a mere 10 minutes drive. Beautiful historic cities of Madison (Antiquing, historic homes), Eatonton (historic walking tour, Uncle Remus Museum) and Macon (GA Music Hall of Fame, Ocmulgee National Indian Mounds, Lights on Macon) all located along the Antebellum Trail and within a 30-45 minute drive.
