You will feel one with the ocean in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the water! Everything about this condo says relax! The view is amazing and can be enjoyed from the living room and all 3 bedrooms! Imagine waking up to sun and surf as far as the eye can see! This beautiful unit is unique as it has unobstructed direct Gulf front views from every room in the Condo (except the bathrooms).
Gulf House 201 was completely renovated after Ivan. No costs were spared as this unit was decorated to be owner occupied. Your living room features a micro-fiber sleeper sofa and matching love seat, as well as two other comfy chairs. You’ll enjoy a 32 inch flat screen cable TV with DVD and VCR in the living room as well as wireless internet throughout. Your kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials and there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The dining table seats six, with room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and private bath. The 2nd and third bedrooms have Queen sized beds and share a bath. All three bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. For your comfort, both bathrooms feature curved shower curtains. You’ll also enjoy the washing machine and dryer.
Gulf House is a low density condominium with just six floors and is ideally located just 4 buildings from the State Park and within walking distance to many great restaurants. We put everything into Gulf House 201 that we’d want in a vacation home, and it is our pleasure to share it with you. Have a great time at the beach and don’t forget to relax!
Gulf House 201 is located at 511 East Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you are getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)

We stayed here recently & hope this review is helpful. What it is.........this unit has a great location & is convenient to everything. The view is to die for and beach access couldn't be easier. Unit contains everything needed initially for your stay, but you may have to purchase additional items. Basic toiletries were provided. What it's not........this is not a luxury condo, it is decent, clean, but has multiple signs of wear. I guess it was a good value, but haven't been to Gulf Shores in a number of years, so I don't know. I would recommend based on view & location, but would not if someone wants a more upscale condo.
