This beautiful unit is unique as it has unobstructed direct Gulf front views from every room in the Condo (except bathrooms). Unlike most Condos, this unit was totally "gutted" and reconstructed after "Ivan," and now is the nicest unit in the building. No costs were spared on this Condo as it was decorated to be owner occupied, not a rental unit. Some features include a brand new micro-fiber sleeper couch, new matching love seat, new upholstered chair, new 32" flat screen TV, brand new king-size bed in master, new queen-size mattresses in secondary bedrooms, new ceiling fans, new light fixtures, etc., etc,. It even has the curved shower curtains like the fancy hotels. No offense to other Condo owners, but no wicker couches to be found in this unit. Of coarse, wireless internet is available.
This Condo is non-smoking and pets are NOT allowed. If you are looking for a high-rise condo environment with 400 units (average of 6 renters per unit equating to you sharing the amenities with 2,400 strangers), then this is NOT the Condo for you. If you want a quiet, family oriented, ocean front condo to bring the family with everything including pool, this is the place for you.
This unit is located only four buildings from the State Park and walking distance to our favorite breakfast spots "Island Pancake House and Waffle House". Many other restaurants are also walking distance.
You may ask, how close to the gulf is my unit?? Answer: At high tide, I can throw a baseball and hit water. Yes, that close. The beach was also totally reconstructed allowing you the best white sand for your enjoyment. |
