The unit G305 is a stunning third floor end-unit Condo lined with windows giving spectacular ocean views from multiple rooms. The elegant decor, but casual ambience, will make it feel like your home away from home. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV/king-size bed that opens to a 300 square foot deck. The large deck may also be accessed via the living room affording a pool and ocean view. The master bathroom has a double vanity, double-headed shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a partial Ocean view that allows for romantic sunsets. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and private attached bathrooms. Beautiful condo- everything was so nice - lots of little things like having plenty of dishwasher packets and supplies on hand. The beach is gorgeous and we loved spending time there. Also the Infinity pool wasn't really flowing over the edge but we liked swimming in it - was a nice comfortable temperature. Stairs down to the beach were the only drawback - for someone like me with knee problems. Lovely place and lovely people to rent from.My grandkids loved it, too.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Only negative was the relatively poor WiFi service throughout the unit. The condo is very nice, particularly for a family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

the owner was very nice and easy to work with. the condo is very nice corner unit...lots of light all around. the grounds are neat and very well maintained. my only complaints..... lots of steps to the beach...although a good workout.... coffee maker didnt work or atleast i couldnt get it to work (cleaning crew brought in a new one on the day we were leaving) and the keys are a bit of a pain to keep up with...i would have prefered a key pad entry... that is if im being SUPER picky! OTHER that those 3 details.....it was awesome!!!! will def go back and stay in the same spot!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was beautiful, the pool was immaculate and the the beach was perfect. The pictures don't come close showing the true size and luxury of this property. My wife and I would come back in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Wonderful place! Everything is well thought out in the design of the resort. Waterfalls, heated pool overlooking the beach. Grills on the corners of each building. We love the gulf coast with the white sandy beaches and aqua water. Great place for families. Your unit is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need during our stay.
