You will love the fact that the pool is right at your back door. You are also just seconds away from the ocean which makes this vacation that much better. This breathtaking seashore retreat boasts 8 miles of powdery white sandy beaches and some of the best fishing on the east coast (Which is probably why everybody raves about the local seafood restaurants!) The weather is always nice as well, with the mean temperature ranging from 62.7 in January to 81.9 in July. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT OCEANFRONT; it is directly across the street from a new park.
There are many attractions: Turtle Mound contains an estimated 33,000 cubic yards of oyster shells, covers two acres, and is 50 feet high. It can be seen seven miles out at sea. Today is part of the Canaveral National Seashore. Turnbull Ruins was started as a palace for Dr. Turnbull, a foundation of sea coquina block was set, but work was never completed. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, you can climb 203 steps to the top of the lighthouse which is 175 feet tall. The view is worth the climb. Lastly, there are many stores and excellent restaurants nearby.
Remember, this condo is not very far from Disney World or the Kennedy Space Center. Take all these into account and you are left with nothing but a fun filled vacation! Enjoy!
