Don't stay in a high rise when you can stay in this spacious Beach cottage style home with all the comforts of a home away from home. Relax in this quiet, close knit village with low mileage streets and friendly neighbors. New owners have renovated with new paint, furnishings, new hardwood floors (Sept 2012), new roof (spring 2012) and all the special touches you expect in a beachy style cottage!
Located in the beautiful 180 acre Oceanside Village (OSV) resort including 24 hour security. There two pools, one heated indoor (right around the corner) and one outdoor (three blocks away) both of which include kiddie pools. For the sports enthusiast there are tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and also a softball field. For the little beach goers, there is a fenced-in playground just minutes from the front door. There are five beautifully stocked fishing ponds with plenty of ducks to feed. The beach is only short stroll away and only three minutes drive by golf cart which are for rent on location. Call (843) 650-4440 ahead to rent if you wish. Village provided private entrance to the beach welcomes your personal auto also. While there enjoy the Conch Cafe which offers delicious affordable meals for lunch and dinner with a tremendous view of the ocean.
This three bedroom two bath home can house one large family, two small families, or a large golf group. It has a queen size bed in the master with Color Cable TV and a full size bed in the second large bedroom. The third bedroom offers two double beds with Color/cable TV which would be great for children to share while privacy is offered to the parents with the use of the additional rooms. Additionally there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room with Color/cable TV and DVD to accommodate the extra extra large families. There are two full baths one with walk-in shower and one with full tub. The kitchen is full sized with all the amenities. The dining table seats eight with three additional seats at the bar. No need to carry those dirty clothes home. Enjoy the convenience of a full sized washer and dryer!
If golf is your passion, choose from 100's of tournament courses throughout Myrtle Beach or enjoy some family time at the many miniature golf courses. There is even a pro Par-3 course right out the gate. Also enjoy the shopping at Broadway at the Beach and the many outlet stores or cool off at the water park just north of the village. After a busy day, Enjoy one of over 1700 restaurants located on Murrels Inlet and throughout Myrtle beach.
We want you to enjoy your vacation without too much work but we do ask that you keep our home as clean as you would have expected upon your arrival. We require a refundable cleaning/security deposit and provide cleaning supplies and a checkout cleaning list.
No smoking and pets on a case by case basis. Towels and linens are available and we ask that you replace any paper products you use. We request that all guest be at least 25 years old.
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM Saturday to Saturday.

Thank you again for the rental of your great beach house. It was very homey and we felt right at home in it. There was plenty of room for 2 families with 4 boys running around. The neighborhood and beach kept all four boys very busy. The few problems we did have you gave prompt attention to so they did not ruin our vacation. we are hoping to be able to rent your home again either next year or in 2 years. This is a lovely and very nice home to stay at. We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a very quite neiborhood and neirbors were very nice. The home is in a great location to the beach and the pools. I would recomend everyone to check this beach house out for your next vacation. I'm sure that you will love this beach house. This is our vacation home that we have opened up to the public. We decided to share an experience we have had the pleasure of enjoying for years. Going on vacation can be stressful but not here! Our home is in a gated secure community with friendly neighbors and low milage streets which offers a real peace of mind and an extremely relaxing place to be. Just breathe in the fresh ocean air and all your stress fades away! There is no better way to vacation than to stay in a home away from home like ours. Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Mary and I have been staying in the Myrtle beach area for the last 15 years and six years ago we decided to invest in this home. The home needed a lot of TLC. Over the last three years we have completely renovated the entire home and it has become a haven for us, our five children and all of the people who have stayed over the years. As a recent retired member of the Air Force after 28 years, I am looking forward to spending a little more time at the home. As a skilled handyman, this will only make the home better as I continue to improve the home through projects.
Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Village:
This community is very comfortable and relaxing. the homes are spaced well giving the homes true yards where kids can play. The streets are all 15 MPH and wide enough to accommodate larger vehicles but at the same time safe for children to walk to and from the beach and pools.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This property is only 500 feet from the indoor pool which is great on those rainy days when the beach is not an option. this home is very large and very comfortable. It is like being at home away from home as all you need is food and the need to relax as everything is taken care of for you.
