This newly renovated Seven Bedroom Third Row home is located on Six Green Wing Teal in historic Sea Pines. The home is situated right on the beach path and there is very easy beach access. There is a large living/dining area (High Tech TV Plasma TV with Bose Stereo system and CD and DVD), which is a perfect spot for the guests to congregate. One side of this area looks out unto the pool/hot tub area and the other side out to the beautiful brick courtyard with picnic tables and grill.
There are seven bedrooms including two Master Suites/one, which has a separate nursery area with crib. There are three King beds, two Queen beds and four Twin beds. There are five bathrooms. One private bath in each of the master suites and a third bedroom, and two baths that are shared among the remaining four bedrooms. The beautiful kitchen has new appliances and breakfast bar and is located adjacent to the living/dining area. There is an upstairs TV area with video and board games where the children can congregate. This area also has a sleeper sofa and free high speed Internet - Wi-Fi.
This home comfortably sleeps 14-16 and is perfect for a large family get together or for more than one family to share. The home is located in close proximity to the South Beach Marina Village, which has numerous restaurants and shops. This home will provide the perfect vacation experience and will keep you coming back year after year. Additional discounts (off of the already low rates) will be made if there is an open week with less than 30 days to go.

Our family of 12 really fell in love with this property. It suited our family arrangement perfectly and was so convenient to the beach-2 minute or less walk with all the kids stuff. The pool was great for the kids as we cooked in several days. Convenience within the plantation was better than expected-less than 5 minute bicycle ride to South Beach Marina, 7 minute car ride to Harbourtown, and grocery store about 10 minutes. Looking forward to another visit and hopefully at this location. Well kept, photos reflect property well-though even better than expected, description of home very accurate.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this home the last week of April, 2010. It was perfect for our family of 13 people - (Grandma, her 4 kids/3 spouses, and 5 grandkids). The 2 master suites were especially incredible! We paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub and it was well worth it. The kids spent most of the days in there as the jellyfish were out in full force in the ocean. We turned the hot tub off during the days to let the kids use it, and then turned the heat on to let the adults use it at night. My kids were excited to find a basketball net and ball in the driveway. There were also several beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. We rented bikes and it was an easy 1 mile ride to the South Beach Marina. The only thing I would have liked was an extra refrigerator maybe in the bar area of the screened porch. We ran out of room to store all the cocktail fixings and beer! All in all a fantastic place to spend a week!
