  We had a totally amazing time at the villa. It was very clean and tidy and the pool bar drinks and food were splendid. I would recommend anyone in a group coming here, it is a very good base if you want to go out in the Port and surrounding areas. Barry and Louise our hosts were fabulous and made us all very welcome. The bad news for them is that we will be coming again next year boys included, so stock up on the voddie......... and lock away all inflatables..... Can't wait to go again.   10 of us have just returned today from staying here for my hen do. Although the villa wasn't even supposed to fit that many people in, Barry and Louise were so accommodating trying to fit us all in and there was more than enough space and with 3 bathrooms, even 10 girls had no problems getting ready for nights out. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, right near the pool and hot tub, and was beautifully furnished. The terrace was so large and had great views of the nearby golf course and the sea in the distance. The onsite bar was great value, with the food and drinks very reasonably priced and the quality of the food provided was really good. Barry and Louise are just the nicest couple and can't do enough to help you when you're there. Louise even took us down to the nearby supermarket so that we didn't have to struggle with all the bags back up the hill. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The location was superb if you just want to chill out round the pool during the day and then hit the town at night. Taxis to Puerto Banus only averaged around 17 euros for up to 4 of us and 25 euros to Marbella. The taxi drivers all used a set rate for these journeys so there's not even a risk of getting ripped off by them. I really couldn't recommend this villa enough and just hope that we get a chance to return again in the near future.

  The Villa was fantastic, it was well decorated and had all the equipment you could need. The view from the private balcony was excellent and the surrounding are was quiet and peaceful yet you are only 10 mins from Puerto banus. All the other facilities were also tremendous. The pool bar provided well needed shade and a good drink as well as superb food. The surrounding grounds were well maintained and the pools clean. The hot tub was a perfect end to a relaxing day. Barry and Louise were very friendly and incerdibly helpful. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone considering visiting this part of Spain and I look forward to retutning myself next year.

  The villa was superb, very nicely furnished, clean and well-maintained. The owners, Barry and Louise live in the same complex and were extremely nice and always willing to help with anything that we needed. They even provided bicycles for us. There is a bar/restaurant right by the pool with a very nice and friendly atmosphere. We rented the villa for 5 weeks and ended up staying for 7 weeks. It was very quiet and peaceful yet very close to everything, beach, supermarket, restaurants, golf. Just a few minutes to Puerto Banus and Benehavis, a lovely while village with great restaurants. A great base for visiting all of the Costa Del Sol as well as Sevilla and Grenada.

  The property was amazing very spacious, clean, modern just like a home from home. It had all the equipment we required. We stayed for my hen do so there was 9 of us it was the best holiday ever. The pool and pool side bar were great VERY good value for money and the food was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and they all went more than out of there way to make sure we all had a good time. We will deffo be coming back i would reccomend it to every one although we didnt have any children with us on this occasion i would deffo take them next time and go as a family and also go back with just the girls. AMAZING. A big thank you to Barry and Louise. xx

  A group of 7 of us stayed here for 3 nights in May 2009 for a hen party. We arranged transfers with the owners (Barry and Louise) beforehand and from this moment on they were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us; happy to arrange taxis, give us contacts for excursions etc etc. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with everything you need, clean, spacious, with 3 bathrooms which was great for us with lots of girls getting ready to go out! There are two pools, but we spent most of our days by the smaller pool with the pool bar, the food and drinks were really reasonably priced and the food was all freshly made and tasty! We didnt have a car but taxis werent too expensive to puerto banus, estepona etc. If you are looking for a really good meal you must visit a restaurant in Benhavis (ask Barry), it was amazing but be warned the portions are huge! The only reason I havent given the excellent rating for this property is because there is still some development work happening on the complex and whilst this didnt bother us it might do some people, it just meant there were cranes working during the day but they did stop for siesta and weren't too loud. Overall we had a fantastic time, this wsa a great base for the area and we would definitely return! Would recommend to anyone!

  In the week van 16 till 24 juli we stayed in one of the villa,s that Barry and Louise have for renting. The house was very nice ( Villa B1) with vieuw on the pool. Every room had airconditioning and all the rooms had nice furniture. Every morning and evening we used the pool , and it was even possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the poolbar. Only 2 minutes drive there was a mall with a supermarket, bakery,meatstore, carrental, restaurants, pizzeria and shop where we could buy a dutch newspaper. When we first came in the house there bread,coffe, milk, tea we could use. Barry and Louise are always willing to help you. The place is not easy to find because the roads have no adress , but a community name. Barry did give me the exact locating via google earth. Because the main road is difficult to leave I had to explore on google earth how get off this main road at the right exit. If you come from malaga you have to take the exit right after Benahavis exit. there is no sign. In my opinion you need a car to get somewhere. If you have a car the place is ideal for going to malaga, (airport is 65 km). gibraltar, ronda, granada and to tarifa ( going to tanger in marroko). I can recommend this place to everyone . If neccessary Barry has a chauffeur who can pick you up at the airport. Most of the tourist where English. We come from Holland.
