Introducing Lakesidedream.Our magnificent 7 bed 41/2 bath pool home on Lake Berkley,15 mins drive from Disney and Sea world.Lakesidedream has spectacular views of the lake and private island.
Our home has been uniquely decorated throughout,inluding crown moulding and wood panelling.Two double patio doors lead you to the pool area with it's panoramic view of the Lake and Island.
We have the top package cable TV in the family room enabling you to watch European soccer matches with plenty of sofas to relax on.
The dining room is a quiet restful place to read a book and relax.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a larger home needs.
In the utility room there is a full sized washer,drier,iron and ironing board.This room leads into the games room which has it's own A/C unit,wall mounted TV,playstation2,full size pool table,foosball and a chest full of board games.This professionally converted games room meets the Florida State Code.

Best villa on the best resort in Kissimmee!

After visiting Kissimmee for the last 20yrs this is the only villa that we've actually returned to (we're fussy!). Lake Berkley is so close to everything, very easy to find and from here it's easy driving routes to all the major (and minor) attractions. It's a straight 10 min run to Disney or if you go the other way for 10 min you're at Lake Toho. You could even walk to Walmart and the restaurants on the 192 from here if you wanted. This particular villa has the best view of the island in the centre of the main (large) lake on the resort which is home to a family of otters, a pair of bald eagles and an array of other wildlife. The jacuzzi is great at any time but at night, watching the coloured light show from the pool with your favourite tipple, it's beyond relaxing! There is plenty of space & seating in the house for everyone and the cupboards are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, bedding etc. The owner is friendly and helpful and has a great management company who keep the villa clean and well maintained. We returned to this villa with 5 of our friends for our wedding & honeymoon and none of us can wait to go back!
