  Auco, The property met our needs very well. We were very happy with the location and the layout of the house. It was very well set up for a family of our size (4 kids). We have skied at various places around the western US and really like Utah as well. We spent all 4 of our skiing days at Solitude this year, although we have been to Alta and Snowbird before (without kids). We were already talking about going back next year, hopefully with another family next time. So I think there is a good chance we will be contacting you next summer or fall to set up another ski vacation, and that we would want the 4 bedroom house next time to accommodate a second family. I will remember the 10% discount as well. Thanks, Todd

  Yet another stay at Perfect Powder Homes that exceeds expectations! Brand new oversized deck,grill and surprise addition of a new jacuzzi in the unit. AND - prayers were answered 2 new feet of classic Utah snow. Fantastic!

  Awesome trip! The house was clean,large and well appointed. Perfect location and easy access to all the resorts. The snow was Utah classic champaign powder and the people we were with made the whole trip a pleasure. I'll be back for more!

  What a awesome location & excellent condo! Very close to ski resorts & the condo is packed with great amenities, wi-fi, ipod player, hot tub. Everything we needed was already at the condo - HIGH recommend & look forward to returning!

  Love this place! It was perfect for us. Hot tub a definite plus! Easy to reach ski rental/discount lift tickets and easy to reach the slopes. Comfortable bed (I slept in master). Great to be able to park in garage, leave skis/equipment in garage. Try "Asian Star" for sushi. Had so much fun, wish it could continue!

  We just got back from spending just under a week in this house and it was wonderful! It is in a fantastic location - a short drive to the airport and ski resorts. Perfect for a ski retreat with friends!!!

  Hi Au-Co, I meant to email you on Friday, but we had such a bad storm I left work early. We left the key in the lockbox and the garage door opener on the counter. Thank you again for letting us rent it, it was a lifesaver! I hope you have a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year!

  Au-Co, I wanted to let you know we had a great time and we really appreciated having the bar-b-que. Both us and our friends really enjoy cooking (and eating).   It was our 1st visit in an US resort as we moved there from Bavaria, GERMANY to Charlotte in August '07 and everything went perfect during our stay! Flights, and your lovely designed house as well as your preparation for our 1.5 year old child Julius with a crib and a special chair was 100% perfect!!   The best value for a ski trip I have had in a long time. Wanting to ski more than just one resort,the house is perfectly located between both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. You have access to all 5 of the local ski resorts in just minutes. The little touches in the house are nice too. Just like being in your own comfy ,warm, happy home. I will come back for sure!

  Best ski pad near all the best slopes! Easy access to bus made this hitch hiking guy real comfortable getting up and down the mountain. loved the soft bed, hot water, and great coffee. you are going to love this place!

  What can I say, great location, great accomodations, great food, great skiing,...... We had such an awesome time skiing, eating, drinking, etc. and Au-Co is so friendly and easy to work with. Utah is definitely a skiers dream, 6 resorts in 6 days! Unbelievable! Can't wait to go back and do it all again.
