All rooms in this unique condo have awesome Gulf views and private access to the lanai. The unit has recently been redecorated with ceramic tile and new carpet, and is furnished in Caribbean tropical style. Our completely remodeled kitchen boasts granite counters, custom hardwood cabinetry for extra storage, new appliances including in-unit washer and dryer, and a breakfast bar and dining area.
This fourth floor unit includes one King in the Master bedroom and a Queen and Twin in the guest bedroom. The all-leather living room sofa folds into a very comfortable sofa sleeper. Other amenities include flat screen LCD TVs in every room. Also, enjoy the programmable hotel safe, broadband access with WiFi, a fax machine, and printer to print your boarding pass for the return flight! Don’t bother to pack the beach stuff, you’ll find it all in the condo.
When you’ve had enough sun, surf and sand, enjoy the fabulous on-Key restaurants and shops only minutes away. Also, downtown Sarasota is famous for its many and varied eating establishments, arts and culture, clubs and music. The Ringling Museum, St. Armands Circle, Selby Botanical Gardens, Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Center are just a few stops of interest in this upscale, cosmopolitan town (Don't forget the Jungle Gardens...it's "Old Florida").
If it’s action sports that you crave, there’s boating, kite surfing, snorkeling and kayaking right on the Key in both the Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway. The fishing off the Stickney Point bridge just a block away is famous with the island locals for "big catch". If you want golf or tennis, there are scores of golf courses and tennis courts nearby.

We really enjoyed this location, beach and everything having to do with this condo..The condo was super clean, well maintained, and even better than the pictures..I would add that the view on the website does no justice to the actual view..We will def. stay here again..Access to elevators and pool/beach is very close to entrance, hatdly no walking to beach :)))))) We loved it
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
