Located on a quiet country lane that is ideal for bicycling and walking, it is only a seven minute drive from downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
The house is fully surrounded by mature trees and is nicely furnished with leather sofa and comfortable queen sized beds. There is a shaded yard and creek bank for your lounging pleasure. This cool, open space has a large kitchen and dining room as well as an extra study nook with desk, overstuffed chair and library. Its covered patio is an oasis just a few steps away from the creek. Let birdsongs and the creek’s ripple relax you.
The surrounding neighborhood consists of small farms and is on a very low traffic road. It is an excellent area to stroll, hike or bike. The Bear Creek Greenway bicycle and pedestrian path is only half a mile away and can take you all the way into town.
