Our weekly rates for Spring, Fall and Summer are $1500 to $2,650. (Holidays Exempt) Our decor and bedding is comparable to the Ritz Carlton at $500 nightly for ONE bed! Don't be fooled by others offering bargain basement rates. You DO get what you pay for! The master bedroom has luxury linens and a $2,000 pillow-top mattress,the second bedroom has a luxury queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds both contain trundle beds which are attached and comfortably sleep four children under 70". The master bathroom contains a full, completely tiled bath and boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with "top-quality" dishware, utensils, and equipment--the living area is warm and comfortable with a stone fireplace and over-stuffed chairs.
The condominium is bright, airy and is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. For a large party, we have a sister property directly above known as the Bali House (#89756) with the same great decor and floor plan.

This spacious condo had everything we needed for a family of five. We comfortably made meals in the kitchen and relaxed in the living room. Our children, ages 3 to 10, had plenty of sleeping space. The condo is in a great location just steps away from the beautiful Monarch Beach, on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway. We enjoyed the beautiful local scenery and nearby tourist town of Laguna, and we also drove one hour to the San Diego Zoo. We even caught a ferry to Catalina Island. The owners were easy to do business with.

The condo was great! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed! The location was perfect-walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to Laguna, Newport, etc. We have stayed here 3 times and have enjoyed it every time!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family of four stayed here with another family of four and it was perfect! It is located across the street from Strands Beach, which is beautiful and quiet. We were there on Memorial Day which was busier, but otherwise we practically had the whole stretch of beach to ourselves. The condo had everything we needed. There is a grocery store within minutes. The owner was pleasant, easy to deal with, and promptly refunded our deposit. Overall, it was a great experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
