We have a wonderful three bedroom, two bath condominium in the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and we would love to share it with you!
Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with a HUGE OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Condominium has been fully remodeled and updated (BRAND NEW carpet, tile, furniture, bedding, appliances) in May 2006. Each bedroom has its own TV. The Family room has a flat screen TV and great stereo!!
We want to make your vacation the best that it can be. Everything is new so that your week will not only be fun, but luxurious as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good about yourself, and treat yourself! Come enjoy the newness!
Accommodations:

Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (Double Bed, Single Bed)
Living room - Full sofa bed
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children!
Bedroom staples, such as new bedspreads, pillows, and extra blankets are provided. Sheets and towels are NOT provided.
There is direct access to the beach, and a huge private deck! The condominium also features a wet bar, complete with blender!
We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a three-night minimum during the off season.
We offer monthly rentals during the winter months (generally October through March). Rent this 3 bedroom condo in the offseason for the price of a 2 bedroom!! We want you to stay with us, so we have cut our winter prices back to the 2 bedroom rate!! Make your reservations now for the winter!!
Weekly rates include departure maid service (additional charge for monthly rentals). Monthly rentals have a $100 cap on electricity for the month. Any usage over this cap will be deducted from your security deposit.
A $200 deposit is required within 14 days of reservation. It will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your rental provided there are no major damages to the unit. All money paid will be refunded if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival. Payments can be made by credit card (through Paypal, a fee equal to 3.5% of your gross rental is required for this option), cashiers check, or money order. We ask that you do not send cash through the mail.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Beach
Surfside Beach is a beautiful, clean, relaxing beach. Families memories for 40 years. My condo is just 8 blocks from the Surfside Pier where you can dine over the ocean or stop at the local bar. The streets are great for riding bikes and driving around the local ball park. Surfside is out of the busiest traffic but close enough to drive to anywhere.!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo is ocean front with great views and sounds. The condo is in a small complex so you feel relaxed as if the whole ocean is yours! The condo is new, clean, and exciting. How many of us get to watch a flat screen in bed. The unit is taken care of by the same staff, so we constantly make sure everything is in good order. The first floor unit allows people that can not go up stairs to have a beautiful view.

I love the beach! I love the smiles of the people that are there in the off season. The locals are wonderful! I walk everyday and make the less friendly one's speak. See we in the South are friendly. Surfside is a friendly beach
