Melinda's condo is decorated beautifully and is extremely clean and comfortable. The Surf Harbor complex is small and is located in a quiet section of Surfside Beach, yet it is very close to restaurants and shopping. Melinda responds quickly and professionally to any questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past June.

Thank you Melinda!! After a long winter, my husband and I decided we needed a vacation, so we started looking on-line for places to stay in Surfside. We spotted this condo and contacted Melinda. She was very prompt in her reply, very helpful, and went out of her way to make our stay special! The condo surpassed our expectations.It is in a great location. Beautiful view! Clean! Great pool & courtyard! The condo is gorgeous & so well equipped! We had everything we needed to fix our fresh seafood every night! ( There are some nice restaurants within walking distance also ) We've been coming to Myrtle Beach for 30 years,but we won't look for any other place to stay now that we've found this one and Melinda! Hated to leave and can't wait to come back!!!!!

This is our second winter in this great condo. It is our home away from home and Melinda makes it feel that way. The new furniture is wonderful.All of our questions are answered promptly,and of course the view is fabulous. I was in several other condos in the building(looking for friends) and nothing compares to it We are hoping to stay longer next year!

Melinda, Thank you & your Housekeeper for my second wonderful year at your condo in Surfharbor. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants, location, location, location. I have over many years leased at various places, thru owners, Realty Company's but I've not had any of these live up to my "True" Expectations" When entering the condo "I love the fresh, clean smell, the coolnest of the condo, the decorations & the fact that you always add something "new" each year. I love the fact that I can stand in the kitchen & feel the ocean flowing almost to the deck. Having broken my foot this year only days before departing to the coast - I was somewhat anxious - that my families week together was spoiled!!! Not true!!! The new rocker recliner was "Great" & the fact we had only a few steps to the pool & private crossover to the beach was a "God-Send" My son found chairs - suitable - for chair surfing in your outside storage room & we made good use of them. Having a FULLY functionable kitchen is GREAT! Don't have to worry about what we might need - as you have it all supplied. Not only do you have a "Great Place" but an unusual "Staff". As soon as I arrived home - I realized that I had left my cosmetics as well as my jewerly & my " 6 pairs of eyes " had over looked this. I immediatly called (having done some similar things in the past - but not quite to this to discover yourr "housekeeper" had reported this to you & all things were returned to me by mail. This is very uncommon in today's society~! It is just one more reason to return to your condo - as I believe in "Honesty" & this was not only displayed by you but your "Staff" Something hard to find in today' society. We are booking our third year at Surf Harbor. We stay here with our children, who are in their teens and twenties, and their friends. We all love it. It is a beautiful condo, well maintained, convienient location and very clean. We have rented from others in the past but this condo it the best. And Melinda is a very gracious owner! We enjoyed our stay at your condo so much. The view was outstanding. Everything was clean and well-kept. We loved the fact that the condo was so close to the beach and pool. Happy In Tennessee

This Condo exceeded my expectations. My family and I enjoyed the place so much that we hope to be able to rent it next year. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were all nicely decorated. I really felt at home there. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils for those of you that prefer to cook all of your meals. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The outdoor furniture was the nicest in the entire complex. The kids had a blast and the parents had a very relaxing week. We loved that there were flat screen tvs in all of the rooms. Melinda made this rental easy. She kept in contact over the months before my family and I went on vacation. She answered questions quickly. I would highly recommend her place to all of my friends.

Perfect Weather and Accomodations

We really enjoyed our late September/early October, 2009 stay. Your condo made us feel right at home. We actually brought too much stuff, as the unit was well equipped for any occasion. Our 2 year old had the time of her life, it was her first beach experience and she still talks about it. Thank you very much, we hope to return soon. I have already recommended you to my brother and his family.

I bought a new couch, restained the teak, put up a new ceiling fan, and put up new curtain rods. At the last minute I ran and got more silverware because I was down to 6 teaspoons. I haven't figured out what people do with spoons!!! Anyway perfection is the name of the game! And we aim to please. I give kudo's to my cleaning lady. She cleans to perfection! Couldn't do it with out her! Thanks for recommending me! Just remember to book early. I am rented all the way to August now. Kindly, Melinda!

This condo was amazing. We really enjoyed our week there in May of 2009. The beach was beautiful, and not very crowded either. The unit is one of the nicest I've stayed in and makes great sue of space. Hats off to the couple who own and maintain this condo. We loved it.
