Our unit is a two bedroom, two bath condominium in a safe, family-oriented resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. Horizon South is only steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and one of the world's most beautiful beaches.
This two-story condominium has a private patio. The water feature on the patio is just one of the relaxing bonuses of this unit. Our goal is to escape the hectic pace of our working lives and relax while we are vacationing.
The living area offers two over-sized rocking recliners and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped for longer more cozy stays. Both bedrooms have televisions with one queen-size bed (downstairs) and two full-size beds upstairs. Please no pets and no smoking.
The unit has been freshly painted and has everything you might need for a relaxing, lengthy stay.
The gated resort property has four pools (one heated), one kiddie pool, a hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, swing sets, miniature golf, exercise equipment, a club house, pool tables and well lit and secure streets.
Evening strolls are particularly nice. The beach is only minutes away with great family restaurants within walking distance.

Refundable Deposit: $250 due at reservation, Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Non-refundable Cleaning Fee: $75; must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Seagrass Retreat is a beautiful condo. Very comfortable, quiet location, easily accessable from Frt & Bk Beach Rds. We definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation stay. Owners were very helpful with information to assure we enjoyed our stay.
