We now offer free Wireless Internet in our unit! Our fifth Floor non-smoking two bedroom, two bath unit has just been re-decorated with a beach theme in mind. The view from the balcony is HARD TO BEAT, (the West Side of the Building) it overlooks not only the ocean, but also a courtyard with two pools, hot tub, picnic tables, grills and tennis court.
The beach has sugar-white sand, but is not crowded like the beaches in Gulf Shores. Our condominium has Cable-TV with VCR/DVD's in the bedrooms, and a 27 inch flat-screen in the living room, with VCR/DVD. Also has a recliner in the living room for afternoon naps.
Sleeping arrangements include: Queen in Master, twins in second bedroom and Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Master Bedroom has private bath and access to balcony.
If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the dining area table seats six.
This resort is perfect for families. It has 24-hour security with a gated entrance. It looks like a secluded Tropical Paradise with seven pools (one indoor climate-controlled). Multiple hot-tubs on the property, and also lighted Tennis-courts and Basketball courts.
Our unique management program offers many freebies including: daily towel exchange, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap, bar soap, and toilet paper. Also unlimited movie rental, tennis balls and racquets, volleyballs, basketballs, shuffleboard equipment, golf ball and putter, as well as horseshoes. Even an honor system library in the lobby. Something for every member of the family!
If you love Golfing, Kiva-Dunes is next door, and is Alabama's number one rated Public Golf Course. Other attractions nearby: shopping at 120 store outlet-mall, water-park, amusement-park, great restaurants, go-cart racing, and deep-sea fishing. (just to name a few).
