The moment you pass the entry gates to this beautiful new community, you will feel a sense of peace and harmony with nature. Pleasing street-scapes are lined with ancient oak tree preserves, providing shade as well as a taste of Florida's natural beauty.
The community is a mix of residential and vacation homes which is friendly and inviting. There are several sparkling lakes two of which have gentle fountains which are lit up at night. The lakes also provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys, and blue heron. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here.
A short five-minute drive from our door, you will find a 24-hour Wal-Mart which caters for every need. On the 192 you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: The Ponderosa, Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants.
US192 also has direct access to World Drive leading you to the heart of the Magic that is Walt Disney World. Interstate four is within easy access as is International Drive. Florida is also renowned for its beautiful coastlines on both the East and West of the state.
The East is home to Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre while on the West coast on the Gulf of Mexico you will find Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay.
The pool is illuminated and also has additional emergency lighting. To comply with Florida regulations the pool is also fitted with a safety screen, but please ensure that you do not leave children unattended in this area.
Our spacious villa is the ideal home from home, with everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. It is fully air conditioned.
The family room is the perfect place to relax after the excitement of the attractions. Two large comfortable sofas are provided as well as cable television, a DVD player. Our family room also provides access to the Lanai and extended pool area.
The well equipped kitchen and breakfast area are situated in the heart of the villa. The kitchen contains a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric tin opener, electric kettle,utensils, dishwasher and waste disposal and a portable stereo. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The spacious master bedroom has a large king-size bed and a walk-in closet. An additional television has been provided in this room as well as a radio alarm clock and telephone. To the right of the master bedroom you will find the ensuite bathroom, with his and hers vanity unit a corner bath and a large shower unit. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
The comfortable second double bedroom has a large double bed, a built in closet and chest of drawers.
The third double bedroom has twin beds, a built in closet.
The second family bathroom is conveniently located between second and third bedrooms and has bath, shower, vanity unit and hairdryer.
Rental charges are inclusive of utility bills and all local telephone calls, credit cards accepted for Long distance calls. State and Local taxes are extra.

Pool heating is an additional $20 per day and is recommended between October and March.

We have been in this house for 3 weeks during our vacation. With 3 adults and 2 kids it was a perfect place to be! The pool was well used, certainly by the kids and the overall comfort was good. It is very close to all the major parks, shops, malls etc. Situated in a very nice community. There was even a wireless accespoint for an internet connection (which is not mentioned in the description) so that was a 'bonus'. It has everything you need during your vacation. OK, you can always find some things you do not like or that could be better or nicer, but considering the price it is a perfect place to stay. If you want to know the weaker points: - although the house was clean and complete, not everything is well maintained; some chairs were damaged, vertical blinds had te be turned by hand and some other small defects - We had no need for the TV except for weather reports, but the image quality is poor (compared to what i'm used to) and the TV set is relatively small - The management company reacts well to questions and complaints, but could not be reached by phone. If you leave a message action is taken and is youd send a mail everything turns out OK.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially with kids! The private pool was a great help....while I cooked, they swam! Perfect location to all the attractions and a well secured and quiet area! The property manager was very prompt in returning our calls and helping out with an early check-in. We could not have asked for better and definately will return again!

this was a nice and clean house. very poorly stocked with normal day to day items, half roll of toilet paper, no cooking spices, minimum pans and cooking utensils. No WIFI which the ad stated was available. only two towels till I did laundry found more in dryer. pool was nice. the thermostat had a lock on it had to use blankets to keep warm even if it was a 100 degrees out side.
Owner response:I want to thank our guest for their comments. We do keep salt and pepper at house. We do rely on our guests to bring their own spices as we get guests with various backgrounds ethinicities. The home is always equipped with a standard roll of toilet paper in each bedroom and we have also added standard items such as dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, all purpose cleaner and scouring pads…all of which are under the kitchen cabinet. The home is also equipped with full set of pots and pans which is standard for a short term stay. The listing DOES NOT advertise wi-fi .. it advertises free broadband which is available thru ethernet cable.

This is the second time I have stayed in this villa, the location and the standard of the villa prompting my return. The villa is ideally located minutes from the 192 and the I4 with 2 Walmarts and a Publix nearby. It backs onto grass so the pool has a very pleasant outlook for enjoying an evening drink. The villa was very nice and the standard had not deteriorated in the two years since I last stayed there. Lovely owner very easy to deal with.
