Two-story townhouse tastefully decorated with a Master Suite and two additional second-floor bedrooms and full bath. Living/dining area, full kitchen with plenty of wares, and a powder room complete the first floor. Enjoy your privacy on the charming screened-in deck decorated with white wicker set and antique table and chairs. (Backs to tree line; no nosy neighbors peeking in!)
Literally a couple of minutes to the beach, downtown area and shopping, you can also walk down the street to the beautiful pool, pool house facilities, and picnic area. There is also a tennis court for your enjoyment. This home is located in Bethany Meadows--a very nice community just up the road from the Sea Colony West resort–-but it is much less congested and offers privacy and respite from the summer crowds. And because it costs much less, this rental is a "best value for the money". The house is so light, bright, and cozy that we have dubbed it "The Happy House".
