This is a nice, comfortable and clean villa which is perfectly fit for four couples having their own bath room. It is so relax with pool and spa after long day of golfing before going out for dinners. Internet acess and TVs are great for providing quality and quiet evenings to keep up with news and personal business. The location is ideal for all the activities. This will be our choice of next trip to Orlando.

Owner response:Most of our guests are families visiting the many theme parks in the area. It is great to know that our villa is also a perfect fit for 4 couples on a golf vacation. What a great vacation! Your home was exactly how you described......clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Thanks for answering all of our questions. This was the first time we travelled with two small children and their grandparents and your home, all the amenities and the location made for a safe and worry free vacation. We especially liked the layout of your home with everything all on one level with lots of space, very clean and bright. We were having such a great time we decided to stay another week but unfortunately your villa was all booked so we stayed at another rental unit. It was no where near the same quality or experience. We STRONGLY recommend your listing to any family wanting the feeling of home and a fabulous vacation all in one. Thanks for everything! We hope to be back again and again.

We thoroughly loved our stay! There were no issues at all during our week long stay. Everything was just as promised and we would definitely stay here again. The owners communicated with us numerous times via email and we felt like they were our personal friends by the time our trip rolled around. The living room / dining room area was very large and open. The furniture was in very good condition and everything was very clean when we arrived. As Disney annual passholders, we make several trips a year to the Orlando area. This location is close to Disney and not stuck in the busy area along Hwy 192 on the eastern side of I-4. This is a great location and a great value!

Well maintained, clean, well kept property. If you are going to Disney World, this is the place for you!!! It is very very close. The clubhouse is nice and this property has a pool and hot tub too. There are several great restaurants within a short distance as well or you could cook in the kitchen which is stocked with plenty of pots and pans etc. There are plenty of bathrooms and it has an awesome game room for rainy days too. We had a great time there!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home.

Wonderful Villa!!! So close to Disney!!

My family and I decided that we wanted to rent a home close to Disney where we all could be together. This home was perfect for us! Each bedroom having its its own full bath made getting ready in the morning so much easier! The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm! Our children enjoyed taking a morning swim while the adults got ready. I enjoyed a cup of tea on the lanai, while watching the kids enjoy the pool. The kids also loved their Mickey and Minney themed bedroom, as well as the game room. This home was so comfortable and so reasonably priced (compared to staying on Disney property) that we will definitely look to stay here again!

Thank you SO much for the opportunity to spend 2 weeks in your beautiful home. We swam in the pool several times per day. We enjoyed the community pool and facilities very much as well. We were able to take in many of the attractions in the area only very short drives away. What a great home for a family holiday !! We stayed in this condo in May of 2011. We had never taken our daughters, ages 12 and 9, to Orlando and knew that going to the theme parks would be exhausting. We were looking for a homey place to spend our vacation and relax after the heat and chaos of the parks. What it turned out to be was one of the best vacations ever. We had my 69 year old parents with us and they could relax each night in the kitchen or in front of the TV while our girls swam and had a great time. We saved money by cooking our own food and eating and showering at our leisure. There was TONS of room and it was very comfortable and clean. We didn't want to leave after a week! Plus Judy, the owner, was very organized and personable which made the entire experience of booking even better. I would highly recommend this for your Orlando vacation. If we return, we would come back to this condo again!

As repeat guests to this villa, we were extremely happy again with our vacation. The space is perfect for our 3 generation family. Everyone has their own space and their own bathroom – a real bonus! The pool area is lovely and even after very busy days, we always found time to swim. Close to all the parks, we explored Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and NASA. We had a wonderful time in Florida with friends and extended family, and everyone commented numerous times how much they enjoyed the house. It was so beautiful and well-equipped. We called the management company once to tell them about a couple of lights that weren’t working, and the next business day we came home from the parks to find everything working perfectly. Checking in and out was so smooth and directions were great. We loved using the hot tub and our kids were thrilled by their Mickey bedroom. Access to Disney World was so close and easy. Thank you, from all of us, for letting us have such a great experience. We had an amazing Disney vacation, and having your home as a home base was a great part of that.

Vacation Home Away From Home

We were guests for the week of Sept 10 to 17. It was the perfect home away from home. We are very particular about rentals when it comes to cleanliness and this home is well looked after in this regard, very clean. Anything that was needed to survive for a week was provided from the pool towels to the well equipped kitchen. It was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer and a bonus to have the free WiFi and long distance telephone services. We spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. The house is situated in a location that made shopping and going to the parks a short trip. We were four women on vacation and staying in the Windsor Hills gated community, we felt perfectly safe and secure at all times. Hats off to the owners for providing anything that one could want in a vacation rental. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owners. Would we return ? a resounding YES, in a heartbeat.

Thank you Judy, Micheal & family for our stay in your beautiful villa Sept 10 - 17, 2010. It was the girls week away and we all had a wonderful time. It sure felt like home away from home. The villa has everything one would need, and is spotless! Also, relaxing pool was most enjoyable. The location is so close to most of the parks and eating establishments. For those golfer's there are many courses within the area. Highly recommended, and hope to be able to go back in the future.

Perfect! Clean and just what we were looking for!

Upon first arrival, we were so pleasantly surprised! Having stayed at a couple of disney villas in the past with not such great experiences we were hesitant. Let me tell you, even from driving in the front gate of the community it was fantastic! The villa is wonderful! It is super clean! We did not see one bug in the house the whole week. The house is well equipped with everything you would need at your own home. There are 4 bedrooms, and each has it's own ensuite bathroom! How perfect for when you are getting up early to get to the parks when they open. The pool is just gorgeous. Clean as clean can be. The temperature perfect, and the jetted spa beside the pool was perfect. I kept saying all week..I wish I had a house like this back home. The community the house is in is perfect as well. I went for a nice walk and every house is clean, and well taken care of. There is a clubhouse which holds a movie theater, games, and a large pool with a slide for the kids. It was really nice! The community and house was also very quiet and I had some of my best sleeps there. Another fantastic feature is this Villa is centrally located to all of the parks, shops, restaurants. We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Disney is 10 minutes away. Outlets malls 10-15 min, and Sea World was about 15 minutes. Perfect! I would not for a second think twice about recommending this property. My family and I plan to return in the future. Go ahead...Book it! You will not be disappointed.

Our family had the time of our lives.....Windsor Hills Resort was amazing,clean,friendly staff,and it was in a perfect location to all the parks(only 15 mins to get to Disney)There was grocery stores,Walmart,eating places,gift shopes,gas station all close by...it was great and easy to get anywhere!My son is in a wheelchair and the Villa was great for him!The villa is spacious and has the opened room concept(except for the step coming into the house and getting him into the games room....but he is light and we could carry him)The villa is stocked with a good kitchen and tons of towels!!!It was nice having big pool towles !The pool area was also wonderful and was a favorite with all of us!!The bedrooms all had tv's and dvd's and that was great for the evening when everyone was tired and wanted to be alone!We felt very safe in the villa at Windsor Hills Resort as it is gated and security around the clock!Our famliy would recommend this property to anyone!!!!Judy was very friendly and accomadating to my family and it was nice doing business with her.We would go back to this property in a heartbeat!

What a great place for a family vacation. We could not believe our eyes. The house had everything we could possibly need for our stay in Orlando. The pool and hot tub were the highlight. We enjoyed the quick drive to Disney gates and to shopping , The kitchen was well equiped. We didn't need our pool towels, since the house provided them. My wee grandkids learned to swim while at house. The house was clean, well furnished and well equiped. We can hardly wait to return. We will certainly recommend this house to our friends and family.

Perfect Villa. We had everything we needed and more for our 3 week stay. Having been to Disney 12 years ago we knew we wanted to do the parks at 'leisure' and defintiely wanted a place to come back to where we could relax rather than stay in a cramped hotel room. The villa location was excellent for the parks, only 5 mins to Disney, 15 to Seaworld and 20mins. And, for my husband's sanity!! a fantastic golf course next door . We definitely made use of the pool and had many hours of fun in the games room where the children tried their hardest to beat the parents!!!!. The Villa and Windsor Hills resort itself was fantastic, our children 9, 13 and 18 found plenty to do. The eldest made use of the clubhouse games room, pool and gym and made some good friends. It was lovely all having a bathroom to ourselves and the youngest loved the Mickey Mouse room with the TV and Game cube. The big TV was a bit hit with everyone and having the washing machine and drier made life so much easier as we knew we didn't need to pack loads of clothes. Judy has been a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of visiting Orlando. Mandy, Mark and Family July/Aug 09

Our stay here was incredible! The pictures do not do the villa justice - it is even more beautiful, and so very comfortable! The house was spotless and very kid-friendly. A great alternative for my 1 1/2 year old daughter, who needed an afternoon nap each day. Also great to have baby gear such as a high chair and pack and play provided. We were here for ten days and really didn't want to come home. We are planning to come back in a couple of years to enjoy Disney again!

We encountered floridas wettest fortnight on record but his wonderful villa helped us have one of the most brilliant holidays any of us have ever had. Children (young) and adults alike have loved the pool, air hockey and all the excellent facilities. Judy was brilliant to deal with in the booking and catering for all our needs. My family and I had an awesome experience at the magical memories house. My young children loved the pool/hot tub and the game room. They were never bored. They also thought it was pretty cool to have a t.v. and game system in their room. The layout was great for my 19 month old..no stairs. The property was very clean and tidy when we arrived. My first thought was.."I did good". I would definately go back to stay here as well as recommend it to friends. We went to Disney everyday and the short drive was wonderful. We didn't eat out much. We had everything we needed at the house. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to visit. Thank you! LA

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The villa is clean and has all the things that we needed. The location is excellent (sooooo close to all the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants). We even drove to Tampa a couple of times to go go Busch Gardens. The villa is very spacious, and we loved having a bathroom for everybody. We will never stay in a hotel or condo again. Judy was very easy to deal with. We will definately be back again, and recommend this villa to our friends.

Truly a Perfect Vacation!

We vacationed at the Villa with our two boys ages 3 and 5 and we brought their grandmothers as well! The Villa was even better than we expected, plenty of space for the 6 of us, the house was gorgeous, comfortable, clean and had lots of extra's that made our vacation perfect. The pool, games room and lots of TV's and DVD players were a hit with the kids, and was a noticeable extra we really appreciated. The fully equipt kitchen was well used and the bedding, towels etc. were handy to have there. We really appreciated having the little stroller avavilable to use for the parks as well. The location was perfect and the club house pool and parks in the complex were great. Our only suggestion would be to have a stock of paper products, laundry detergent and garbage bags and food basics (coffee, condiments ect) as we spent quite a bit on these items, and alot was waisted.We left the extra paper products and passed some food and condiments etc.on to the neighbours b/c we were not sure if it would get thrown out before the next people came as there was nothing when we arrived. Just a thought. Again we all loved the house, it was so perfect that my 3 year old has told us a few times since the trip that "he would like to go back to the vacation house because he likes it better than our own!" We will return when we can, we wouldn't even look at another place!

We really like your suggestion of providing a supply of food basics (condiments, etc) - unfortunately, Florida law will not allow us to do so due to health concerns. For those readers considering renting any vacation home, they all (including ours) come with a supply of paper products, laundry detergent, and garbage bags, but depending on the length of your stay, you may run out (it is easy to pick some up while you are grocery shopping at the stores nearby). We loved your sons comment that he likes the vacation home better than your own (we also like the vacation home better than where we live!!). We had a wonderful time during our stay at this house. They included all the amenities, with lots of plates, cutlery and glasses, including glass and plastic for by the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kids really liked the Mickey theme room. The open concept of the house made it ideal to keep track of everyone. We enjoyed coming home from our busy day to a nice and relaxing swim and beverage by the pool. The kids also loved the grounds, including the clubhouse pool and the variety of playgrounds all within walking distance. We will never stay in a hotel again.

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home while we enjoyed a week at Disney! We were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was very clean, and had all the amenities of home. My husband and I were so glad that we made the decision to stay out of Disney. At the end of a fun filled day at Disney it was great to come home and just relax and let the kids have a swim and have room to spread out. There were even a few days where they wanted to leave Disney to come home and have a swim!!! The games room that the garage was converted into was also a highlight for the kids! Judy was very good to deal with and very helpful with great ideas about Disney that I would not have thought of on my own. The property was truly 2 miles away from Disney and took all of 5 minutes to get to any of the four parks. This was very handy the day that my six year old was sick and needed to come back to the house. My husband and eight year old stayed and enjoyed the park until that evening. When they were all done we went to pick them up, and what a great memory that was for my son! I would recommend this property to anyone. If we go back to Disney I would not hesitate to call Judy and book this home. We had a wonderful vacation!

What A Wonderful Way to Spend Christmas!

We stayed in the beautiful home for 7 nights. There were 6 in our group which ranged in ages from a senior down to teenagers. We had planned and dreamed about this trip for a very long time and when we arrived at the house it was everything we hoped for and more. It was lovely and clean with everything we could possibly need right down to hair dryers in every bathroom. Our mom has some mobility issues so this house was perfect for her with everything situated on one floor. It is so close to all the Disney Parks which gives you more fun time at the Parks rather than wasting a lot of time driving. One of the many perks of the house is coming home after many hours at the Parks or shopping and slipping into the nice warm pool! This house made our Christmas vacation even more magical with memories lasting a life time. This is a wonderful place to be at Christmas or any other time of year. We definately hope to return one day and have, and will continue to, recommend this house to our friends. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

From the very onset of planning my trip Judy was fantanstic to deal with. The villa is exactly as advertised. Upon our arrival, everything was very clean and and the amenities were all nice and new. Our family LOVED your home! Everything was much better than expected. The place was spotless! The pool was spectacular! The hot tub was awesome! The bedrooms with private bathrooms were luxurious! The gameroom was fun! The location was fantastic! Judy is extremely nice and very accommodating! The management company had wonderful customer service and returned our deposit promptly. Universal Studios was a blast! If you are on the fence between this vacation home and another one, choose this one. You won't be disappointed! This was by far the BEST vacation ever!

My wife and I along with our son and grandchildren(ages 9 and 7) stayed at Judy and Michael's home in Windsor Hills from October 22nd to October 29. We found the home on VRBO and made the arrangements with Judy by email. Everyone totally enjoyed the experience and the grand children particularly enjoyed the pool at the house. Everything at the home was as promised. The house was spotless when we arrived and the service from the rental agent was most satisfactory. The games room in the garage was an added feature and kept the boys busy when not at Disney World. I would not hesitate to stay at the property again if in the Orlando area and certainly would recommend the home to anyone who had family and wanted a place to stay.

Fabulous Windsor Hills home

We stayed here for over a week in October with my elderly parents and energetic 9 and 11 year old kids. We were returning to Windsor Hills because we liked the neighborhood so much when we rented a home there a few years ago. This home was much better than our last rental. The kids loved the game room and Game Cube -- features we didn't have in our last house. When it rained at the parks, we hung out at home and had air hockey tournaments. The beds were also comfortable and the sheets soft. This house also had an alarm system and great locks on the glass door to the pool deck. We ordinarily wouldn't care that much about this, but we had our laptops nicked on our last vacation. Oh, and the house had car booster seats -- a great surprise since we had decided not to pay the extra baggage fee to bring ours from home. The only, minor complaint I had about the home is that the spa/hot tub did not get very hot. Still, after a hot day in Florida, we didn't mind this very much. Renting a house at Disney is the way to go. I can't imagine returning to a busy hotel after a hectic day in the parks. And, you can't go wrong with this house. It has easy access to Disney and the other parks and truly has all the amenities you could want. We would and already have recommended this property to others.

The property was all I exoected and more spacious in the flesh than in the photos, The games room was very popular with my husband and son and we all four loved the pool and spa. We didm't do much (any!) cooking but everything you could possibly need was available if I had wanted to. It was great to be able to take a break from the Parks in the middle of the day,

Luxury Home Living for Less Than Hotels Cost !

We were absolutely delighted by just how luxurious this fully appointed 4 bedroom home was. It has to be one of the best vacation values we've found. When we compared what you get for your money renting this large home to what you get paying for a hotel room - there is NO comparison ! The home had everthing we needed from a pool & hot tub to a full kitchen and wireless internet. It is beautifully decorated, new and clean. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining the home. For our two families - there was lots of space - with separate bed rooms for family members - and, with a bathroom for each bedroom it was perfect. (No waiting for others when we were getting ready to go to ride Sheikra or visit Mickey !) Windor Hills is a beautiful, secure, luxury community conveniently located to the Disney properties. (It's so close that we enjoyed being able to get away from the theme parks mid-day to relax a bit before going back for more.) It's also close to Tampa Bay - so a short car ride took us to Busch Gardens and to a Tampa Ray's MLB baseball game. Lots of golf - with one of the top courses in Florida (Mystic Dunes) literally right next door. I would recommend this lavish residence to any of my friends and to others coming to the Orlando area for a week or more. The area has so many great things for families to do - there just isn't a better place to stay - at any price. We're booking our next Florida holiday to stay in this great luxury home !

This is a beautiful house. My family stayed in June and had a wonderful time. The house was large, clean and new. My children loved the pool. It was so nice to come back to this lovely home after a long day at WDW. (Escpecially, since the drive back to the house only took about 10 minutes.) The neighborhood was very nice. We stayed in this fabulous home for 10 nights and couldn't have been happier or more satisfied. This beautiful home is exactly as pictured. Great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The home is so well equipped, with dishes, laundry facilities, blow dryers in each bathroom that all you really need to bring is your clothes! And you can bring lots as closet space is plentiful. We also loved the fact that it was so close to the parks that you didn't waste a lot of driving time back and forth. Also close to great shopping for those who can find the time. We had a wonderful 10 days ther with our children and grandchildren (who loved the mickey/minnie room).Was alo really nice at the end of the day to use the pool and hot tub. The perfect setting made for a magical hoiliday. Would stay there again and would in fact plan our holiday around availability at this great home.

Disney Vacation

The home was terrific. Clean, well furnished and the pool was great. Renting a home is the way to go. We have stayed in the park before but with children it can get very tight in a room. With a home you are able to enjoy breakfast at home before going out for the day. You can go shopping for the week and pack lunches and snacks to save money as well. The home had a large TV as well as ample room for our family of 4. We could have had 6 or more people. Ping Pong, air hockey, soccer and video games for the kids kept them busy when they weren't enjoying the pool. I will definately stay here again.

Perfect Florida Holiday

We really do have magic memories to take away with us from this wonderful spacious villa. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need and very well maintained. There were six of us for most of the time - and it was great for my parents to have a kingsize room as well. The kids loved their room, and all having bathrooms is a major plus. Great to have a games room as well. Pool/spa were lovely. Resort is fab, lots to do and so near the parks. Didn’t get to use facilities too much as out, and most days were spent by our pool. My kids love swimming – visited big pool a couple of times, within easy walking distance – kids loved water slide. Also very close to playground. Picking up the keys out of hours was easy and we had clear directions how to get to the management agent from the airport, which we managed to do without getting lost, which doesn’t happen often with us! Judy was so helpful –immediately answering any questions we emailed. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return.

It shows exactly like the online pictures portray it to be. It was great to hang around the house on those recovery days between parks and enjoy time together with the family, instead of going to the local attractions after everyone is bouncing off the hotel room walls like our previous trips. We will come back to Windsor Hills and this house.

Where to begin and what can we say? This resort is incredible, this house is wonderful, the owners are superb and the location is unbeatable! And the best part is that it is all LESS EXPENSIVE than all but the very low-end properties at Disney!!! How can you go wrong when you can spend your vacation time relaxing in the luxury of a beautiful, sparklingly clean 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully appointed home complete with it’s own private pool and spa, 2 master suites with king-size beds, game room, covered lanai, massive main TV and a total of 5 televisions and 5 DVD players? Answer: you can’t! And if that’s not enough the resort itself has so many amenities and things to do for adults and children alike that you may never leave except to buy food! And it’s pretty amazing that if you added up the cost of a single room at a Disney property that sleeps 4, and the cost of every meal, snack and beverage, it is LESS EXPENSIVE! Incredible! We have stayed at Windsor Hills 3 times now and we will NEVER stay in a hotel again – it would be insane! It is a short 5 – 10 minutes from the Disney parks, it is immaculately clean and beautifully landscaped, the staff go out of their way to please the guests, and you can even check in with your airline and print your boarding passes online at the clubhouse! And just when you didn’t think it could get any better, there are the home’s owners. These people are absolutely wonderful! Their main goal is to insure that your stay is perfect. They treated is better than any hotel ever did, and responded quickly, politely and positively to any question or request we had. We can’t say enough good about them. We HIGHLY recommend renting this home any time you are within the area for any reason. We actually had business in Lake Mary, 35-40 minutes north and chose to stay at this Windsor Hills home rather than right in the town we drove to every day for 4 days. THAT should tell you how strongly we feel about staying at Windsor Hills!

1st Florida Vacation

My family of 4 stayed in this beautiful home for 10 nights. The owners gave us very clear instructions ahead of time on where to pick up the key and how to get to the house. Very easy. Upon walking in, it was beautifully staged and decorated, clean and had everything we needed. After a long day at the parks, the pool was warm and heavenly. Sitting in the spa with a glass of wine was the perfect remedy for achy feet! The kids loved having such a big bed to themselves with their own TV in each of their rooms. Because there are two master bedrooms with king beds, this home is perfect for sharing with another family or to bring the grandparents along. The property managers called us within 2 hours of checking in to make sure everything was perfect - nice touch! As the Mom, these are some of the things I especially appreciated: Timer for the coffee maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal, ice maker in fridge, FOUR bathrooms, FOUR showers and thank heaven for the washer and dryer!!! My husband is quite particular about pools and this one was very clean and well maintained. It was great to be a short 10 minute drive to get through the Disney gates. We also took a day trip to the Space Coast and it was so nice to come "home" to this beautiful house rather than a cramped hotel room. Groceries were very close and convenient but a little more expensive than I expected. If you drive east down 192 a little further (other side of 4), there are much better grocery prices and a Walmart, Target, etc. When we come back to Florida again (which we will), Magic Memories will be our first choice for accomodations. We'll never "hotel" again! We'll definately tell our friends.

The house was very clean. Everything is on one floor - great for grandparents that might visit. The beds were very comfortable and the girls loved the Mickey room. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of plastic plates and cups for the kids. The game room and game cube came in handy on rainy nights. Only used the pool twice do to weather-no 3ft area so bring your swimmies. Clubhouse pool heated -great area for young kids. I would recommend this house for families especially those too big or who have out grown hotels. We had breakfast, packed a lunch for the parks and went off for the day. 6 minutes to Disney! Grocery stores and restaurants very close (and deliver).

We recently returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful resort and villa. We had a fantastic time. We have stayed at Windsor Hills before, and the location cannot be beat. Windsor Hills is so close to all the amusement parks, great golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. This was our first time staying in a home, we will never stay in a condo again. Having your own home with a private yard and swimming pool/spa is the best. This villa is beautiful. With 4 bedrooms (each with it’s own bathroom), large great room, and kitchen, there is lots of space for everybody. Our kids especially enjoyed the big screen TV (and TV’s in every bedroom), gamecube, and games room. We loved the private swimming pool/spa, the covered lanai (great way to escape the sun), being close to the clubhouse (with the waterslide and pool tables), tennis courts, and being so close to Disney made it easy to go back and forth. The south facing pool/spa provided lots of Florida sunshine. Having a washer/dryer is a big bonus too. We will definitely be coming back again soon!
