This property is located in the heart of Eastport, within walking distance of Historic Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy. Excellent restaurants (fine dining as well as casual fare). Built in 1905, this house exemplifies the original Eastport lifestyle. The front porch is a fun place to socialize and chat with neighbors and visitors. The screened porch overlooking the back garden offers privacy.
Upper level of house: two bedrooms each with queen-sized bed and private bath. More sleeping room in the living room (ample and very comfortable sofa) and in the large family room (sectional sofa). Also on the main floor is a full bath. Large family room with big-screen TV and fireplace - the french doors opens to the screened porch. Dining room table seats eight to ten. Table in kitchen seats four and breakfast bar seats two. Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer.
Off-street parking for two cars (or three small). No Smoking. No Pets.
Walk just 1/2 block in one direction or 2 1/2 blocks in the other to get your morning coffee/breakfast/newspaper or lunch. Seven other restaurants are within a 6-block radius.

Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
Eastport is located just across Spa Bridge which connects us to the Historic District, the U.S. Naval Adacemy and the Annapolis Sail and Power Boat Shows. A walk of about one mile will get you from Eastport to the Historic District, but if you aren't up for a walk, you can hop on the water taxi. Once in the Historic District, there are shops, restaurants, historic walking tours, lots of art galleries and, of course, the opportunity to tour the United States Naval Academy.

We love living in Eastport, a fun community with a lot of dog-walking, friendly people. We can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, marinas and even our own Farmer's Market. As a photographer, I love the photo ops around each corner, from sunrises on Back Creek, to the interesting sights while crossing Spa Bridge into the Historic District and, of course, all the historic sites in downtown Annapolis.
