Upper level of house: two bedrooms each with queen-sized bed and private bath. More sleeping room in the living room (ample and very comfortable sofa) and in the large family room (sectional sofa). Also on the main floor is a full bath. Large family room with big-screen TV and fireplace. Dining room table seats eight to ten. Table in kitchen seats four and breakfast bar seats two. Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Screened porch overlooks garden.
Off-street parking for two cars (or three small). No Smoking. No Pets.
