Just returned from a week at Seagrove. We have stayed there many times but this house was definatley the best yet! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Heather was a perfect host, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. House is in a great location within development and perfect location in Seagrove with just a 5 min walk to beach. We took great advantage of the bikes to ride to Seaside and Watercolors every day. Will definately be in touch to rent house again next summer :) Thanks!

We have just returned from a week in Seagrove and loved every minute of the trip! This bungalow is beautifully decorated and stocked, Heather was extremely helpful (and I asked many questions!). We appreciated her insider's tips in the Bungalow information book regarding local restaurants, rentals, and especially about the under used, nearby public beach access. We definitely intend on returning to this unit and the 30A area soon! Thanks, Heather!

This was my first time staying in Heather's bungalow and it definitely won't be my last! The home is absoloutley FABULOUS from the decor down to the organization of the cabinets. ;-) Heather was helpful every step of the way, which only made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to getting back down there before the end of the summer, but this time I'm leaving the BlackBerry behind!

Loved this rental! It was very clean and Heather was wonderful to work with. The beach is only a short walk away. Convenient to Seaside and several eateries. I will stay here again!

Stayed at Heather's for the 4th or 5th time. As always it was GREAT! The bugalow is clean well furnished , Heather's attention to detail is above and beyond. Heather's attentiveness and help once your there is great and makes you feel at home. She is quick to respond to requests and bends over backwards to accommodate. This bungalow location is perfect it sits by it's self with no neighbors . It is a short walk to the beach ,the pools , and other places on 30-A. We will continue to stay at Heather's home.

This is the second time my family has stayed in Heather's house and it was great as usual. She thinks of everything and the house has all of the comforts of home. Having great places to eat nearby is a plus as well as great places to shop. The area is so peaceful, great for kids and safe. The bike trails are wonderful and the beach is a short walk away. We highly recommend this bungalow and will definitely stay here again and again. We have created many wonderful memories as a family on family vacation in Seagrove at Heather's home. This was our second stay at Heather's clean, well decorated bungalow. She has all the touches at her place to make it feel like home. The beach is just a short walk away and we used her bikes a couple of times for rides into Seaside and Watercolor. Thanks Heather for another wonderful vacation!

The condo was fantastic and had everything we needed - very close to the beach and the pool was very kid friendly for our 20 month old! Heather was a pleasure to work with and even helped us locate a ups store when we had to respond to an offer on a condo back home. If you are looking for a great place to stay - check this one out!

My husband and I rented this delightful bungalow for a 4 day weekend to celebrate an anniversary. What a romantic little spot. This area is charming, with much to do in every direction. Best of all was this adorable home...well-decorated, immaculate and amazingly comfortable.Heather (the owner) has clearly thought of everything a guest could need or want. Her kitchen is better stocked than mine at home. We have rented many condo's and beach homes over the years, at many different beaches, but this was my clear favorite. I truly felt like I was not in a rental...but in a home! You can't go wrong staying here!

If you're considering the Seagrove Bungalows, this is the one to stay in! BOOK IT NOW! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! It is just a wonderful place to stay. So beautiful and with every amenity we could hope for! Heather provided us with such great service before our vacation, answering our questions so quickly and cheerfully. This place has everything we wanted and more. We were impressed there were beach chairs, umbrella, bedrails, fully stocked kitchen. It was great. We had a great vacation with our two small children and we'd love to come stay there again as soon as we can!

We had a great time. The Bungalow's were great and only a few blocks from the beach. The bikes made it easy to get everywhere and the location was terrific. Everything we needed was there and we had a great time. We will return again and appreciate Heather getting it all together for us to go down in October. I almost hate to give ratings since I like to keep the great spots to myself.

We just loved this house, new, clean, comfortable. Perfect place for a family with 1 or 2 childreen. Close to the beach and close to Seaside. Renting from Europe was no problem at all. - Nicest place at the emerald coast we've ever rented!

My 1st experience at renting a cottage near the beach & what a wonderful experience it was. It began (& continued) with the helpful, honest & current communications with the owner. Then there's the cottage - so immaculately clean, well-appointed, and well supplied, including beach toys, bicycles and listings of places of interest. And now my adult children say they "owe me one" for finding such a great place. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Oh wow what can i say. we had a blast this was a trip that went by to to fast! the bungalow was awesome! love the way it was set up and even more important it was very clean. that is something that is very important to me we were down there for my sisters wedding and the crazy thing was my sister went to ck in to her place and it was let just say they did not stay! and to tell you how small this world really is she got on the phone and who did she get heather!! she is awesome heather helped them find a great place of their own to stay at. we will with out question be back!!!!!

What an amazing vacation we had! We have been visiting Seagrove for 6 years now, and this house is, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. It is an easy walk to the beach, even with little ones. It is convienent to everything, but far enough off the main path to make it quiet and peaceful. Heather was a gracious host, and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ditto all of the other comments, especially about the host, Heather. The pool was magical at night - not for swimming, although the kids did that, but for the little frogs singing in the marsh behind the complex. Beach is a little bit of a hike with little ones, but renting a bike and riding all over the place was a blast for the whole clan! Kitchen was great, easy to cook and share time together. Nicely decorated, well laid out - perfect!

This bungalow in Seagrove provided just the beach vacation our family was looking for. Our family of five was very comfortable staying here and all the amenities were just right. The beautiful beach is just a block away with direct access. The kids loved the neighborhood pool. One of the best parts is that the Seagrove area is not over-crowded. What an amazing vacation!!! The bungalow was adorable and decorated so nice with absolutely everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The location is great (far enough from Seaside yet close at the same time). Close to great restaurants, short walk to the beach, bike rental and anything needed for convenience. This bungalow is beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. The pool on the premises is very pretty and quite large, with a Jacuzzi included! The location was very quiet, but still near restaurants and shops in Seaside. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beach is just about a block away, within an easy walk. My husband and I had a fabulous time and came home relaxed and rested. Thanks Heather for your hospitality. We look forward to our return to the bungalow.

What an awesome bungalow. brand new, beautifully decorated,everything you need for a great vacation...very quiet and private. Great pool on site.
