Rome to Fondi (by train):
From Stazione Termini (Central Station) board the train from ROME-NAPLES (via Formia). One stop after the town of Monte S. Biagio is Fondi. (Travelling time approximately one hour and 20 minutes, distance from Rome approximately, 110 kilometres)

Rome to Fondi (by car):
Driving to Fondi from Rome Airport (Fiumicino), take the No. 148 (Pontinia) south towards Naples. Once past the town of Terracina, take the ss.7 (via Appia) for another 18 kilometres and you will arrive in Fondi.
