It is really privileged. You can not find another apartment or even a simple hotel room WITH THIS VIEW even if paying in excess of US$300 a night! In our apartment there is not just a room: is a full size condo with a master bedroom, a separate small bedroom ideal for kids, one full bath and a half and a full kitchen! So, why pay the high prices of one small hotel room?
Our condo has all amenities of a home on 960 square feet of space. Fully furnished and tiled. Great for families. Private and quiet. And still close enough to the action in South Beach and Lincoln Road.
Its is located in a direct beach’s front building in Collins Avenue, the main artery of Miami Beach at the high of the 56.
No Street to cross to go for a walk in the white sands, or to swim late afternoon: the beach is essentially your backyard! Just take the elevator down to the mezzanine, cross the pool area, and you are on the sand!
This is the most exclusive part of Miami Beach, called “Millionaires Row” since all high luxury buildings are located so close to each other that the beach is virtually a private one.
Looking for excitement and nightlife?: it starts a few blocks away around Lincoln Road: 5 minutes in a short cab ride, or drive yourself since parking is available right on the 17th street. At your return to the condo -as everyday- the Valet Parking is included, all night.
The apartment is located on the 14 floor. The building was completely remodeled and converted to Condos in 1996. The pool area, sun-bathing area, gym (it is great, state of the arts, even the floors are shock and spill proof)just renovated!
The condo has everything you will need from towels to dishes and from 3 TV sets to two DVD player. There is wireless internet access at no extra charge to you.
The building provides some beach chairs and we also keep a couple on the clodet for your private use. Bring your favorite beach toys (you will find a variety of both in the local market here too.) And do not forget your toiletries: we will provide you just with the start up.
