Spring rates as low as $125 a night! Cape Cobb is a large (over 1400 sq. ft.), 2 bed/2.5 bath condo which includes our own private, sugar white sand beach on the calm, clear water of the sound, where breathtaking sunsets appear nightly.
Just steps across the street is the gulf beach. Your vacation home is located near Ft. Pickens National Park, on the quiet west end of the island, and walking distance to Peg Leg Petes, one of Pensacola Beach's most popular local restaurants.
Cape Cobb has everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation, fully furnished and over 1400 square feet, just bring your swimsuit. The furnishings are casual, fun and beachy. There are two master bedrooms upstairs featuring their own bath and a shared sun deck. One bedroom features a queen size bed, the other features two full size beds. The main floor has a full kitchen, complete with everything, a dining room and a living room, with a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The main floor also has a half bath, laundry area, and a balcony accessible from both the living and dining rooms.
The balcony and sun deck overlook the pool, clubhouse, and have a partial water view.
Free use of two bikes and a kayak with rental!!!

Sept 9th-Dec 31st...$79/night two night minimum, $499/week, $1200/month.
Cleaning Fee: $100; additional 11.5% rental tax to above rates.

Wanted to view PCC for our son and stumbled on Cape Cobb for a short stay. The weather was amazing, the location is ideal, and the condo was comfy. We took 2 teenage boys with us and they kept themselves busy the whole time while my husband and I had the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation that we've had in a long time! The owners were very accomodating and helpful. There are gift shops on the island, or walmart/grocery shops just across the bridge. The beds were comfy, (important for us over 40 ppl), but I think I could have slept in the breezeway downstairs. Yes, I could live there! Thanks for allowing us to stay in Cape Cobb!

My family and I had a wonderful time during Thanksgiving while we stayed at this condo. It was nice and cozy and we felt right at home. The price was affordable and the owners made us feel welcome. We had 7 adults and 2 infants w/ us. *All kids and grandkids* :)
