Your Vacation Resort has lush, tropical furnishings. Unit 1002 has been professionally decorated.
You and family or friends will enjoy two spacious bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. Both have pillow-top mattresses. It also has a bonus bunk room with Pillow top mattresses. The living room has a queen inner-spring fold-out sofa. All mattresses have Protecta Bed covers.
Your view from the patio overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Yes, this is ocean-view all of the time. The most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.
You will enjoy the short walk to Russell Pier (temporarily out of order), which is next door. Check out the fishing or indulge yourself.
You will enjoy the beach service, or take your own chairs.
Look at the longest pools you've ever seen.
There is a covered parking garage for your vehicle. The walkway over the street is well sheltered.
Pier Park is now open.This is a short walk, just down and across the street. Try out the new Restaurants and shops or walk the perimeter where beautiful ponds, palm trees and walking and biking paths are. There are occasional concerts held outside here.
WINTER RENTALS - Perfect for two couples. This unit has two spacious bedrooms plus a bunk room for guests. It also has two full bathrooms. Each one joins the bedroom.
The closets are large. Half of the cabinets are empty. There is an empty pantry and some storage in the wash room.
The wash room has large-capacity washer and dryer.
The refrigerator has ice and water available on the door.
The kitchen is fully furnished.
This unit has smoke detectors in all of the rooms, plus a sprinkler system and a building-wide alarm.
The exercise room is on the second floor.
The pool is heated for winter guests.
The rate, per month is $1225 plus 10% tax. Available Nov., Dec. Jan. and Feb. rates are $1275 plus 10% tax.
All utilities, including electric, telephone, Internet DSL, cable, water, sewer, etc.
Yearly Rate -6 weeks vacation per year, only $950 per week. Get 8 friends who enjoy the sun and sand as much as you. Each friend, group or family will enjoy 6 weeks, spread throughout the year for only $950 per week. One year contract and advance payment required.

Hello Jim and Patsy, You have a lovely place and we enjoyed our stay... or should I say the family did.. my daughter and son in law and new baby along with my sister and her husband and two little girls...as well as myself and my husband and our handicapped adult son.. The accommodations worked out for us all to come and be quite comfortable. We all had a great time..

Dear Jim and Patsy, Thank you again for allowing my wife and I to enjoy your condo. Your condo was just what we needed to get away from our below zero temperatures up north. We went to Ft. Hi Jim – the weather’s been great so far. We can’t believe how much they’ve built up Pier Park since last summer, it’s really wonderful to walk to. Your condo was great and well maintained. This was the third unit we stayed in and by far the nicest. I’m sure you’ll hear back from us the next we plan to go to Panama City.
