This trip was a very special Spring Break for us. My friend has had to go to Minnesota for these for the past 9 years, while having a heart check-up. She had four heart surgeries and finally had a successful one. So, with her daughter, her sister and her 2 daughters and my mom, we came to celebrate friendship and family. We had the best week ever. The weather was beautiful weather, the sun was hot and wonderful and we loved our condo.Hope you make as many wonderful memories as we have here.

This condo was amazing. The owner has thought of your every need. The decor in this condo is the best I have seen in condo's in PCB. The owners were easy to work with and answered any question we had. I would recommend this unit to anyone. It was the perfect place to stay for our daughters 18th birthday. Just a walk to Pier Park. Had A Great Time Despite Tropical Storm Lee

We just spent a great Labor Day weekend at this beautiful condo. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is immaculately clean, very well furnished and conveniently close to everything Pier Park has to offer. Although TS Lee forced us home a day early the whole weekend was not a total washout because we were able to spend some wonderful time with our family. Thanks again Jim and Patsy for letting us use your beautiful condo. We hope to rent again from you very soon!!!

This was a wonderful stay in a perfect location. Very short walk (1 to 2 mins) to shopping and restaurants at Pier Park. Beautiful view from 10th floor and very nice condo. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described in the ad.

We had SUCH a great time, it was the perfect location-right across from pier park, and just far enough away from all the clubs and noise that we could sleep at night! Dear Jim, We are back in Wisconsin. Even though we rented condo # 190!E for the month of February, Dianne felt she had to get back to her mother and grandchildren. We left there on February 14, so the condo is standing empty for the last two weeks. We have decided that we definitely want to stay at your place again next year. The condo that we rented was the same 2 bedroom with a bunk room as you have, but yours was definitely cleaner and better equipped. (The carpet in 190! is really beyond cleaning. It should be replaced.) We checked with Waterstone and they said we could have a unit for two weeks in February if we also took the month of January, but we would rather have yours for a month than one of theirs for six weeks. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place. Please keep the deposit and put us down for January 2011!! Denny

Hi Jim – the weather’s been great so far. We can’t believe how much they’ve built up Pier Park since last summer, it’s really wonderful to walk to. Your condo was great and well maintained. I just wanted to send you an email to let you know we were back in town & had a fabulous time on our vacation. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! The kids had a blast going from the beach to the pool and back to the beach each day. You couldn't ask for a better location for your condo. Once everything gets built around it, that will be the spot to have. Fatty's was good & it was really nice having the internet access when I needed it. We only ate their twice -once for lunch & once for breakfast - both were decent and resonably priced. That is about it - Again, we really appreciate the hospitality provided by you and your wife. The condo is decoreated beautifully!

Your condo is decorated beautiful. We felt that we had escaped to an exotic Island. There is so much room in your condo and the girls really enjoyed the bunk room. We found your condo with all it's luxury was still very kid frindly. Can't wait for Pier Park to open so that we can walk from Calypso to Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville.

Jim, I am glad to hear from you. If school hadn't started the day after we got back, I would have been more on top of my email to tell you that we had a wonderful time. The weather was decent (one day of continuous rain), but we didn't mind staying in the condo some times during the days and nights at all. The pictures don't even do it justice. And it was amazing that everything we needed to cook with and things that we wanted were all right there. It was perfect!!! This condo is fabulous! We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and couldn't have been more pleased! It is very roomy, very well appointed and has a glorious view! The pictures you see on this website are completely accurate. It is a wonderful unit....you will love it, I guarantee it!
