The cottage sits on a double lot with a nice shaded grass yard with a picnic table, gas grill and outdoor furniture.
Rustic House sleeps four people, it has one bedroom with two twin beds and walk in closet. The kitchen is fully functional, dining room includes table with four chairs and a full size Futon bed. Full bathroom with tub & shower. Has a large living room with couch & love-seat & recliners, vaulted ceilings, skylights & ceiling fans. Has gas heat & A/C. Outdoor electrical outlets and water hose. Total living space 950 square feet.

House is 300 feet from Lake Shore and has over 200 feet of Lake frontage that is shared but is private and used by other neighbors . One mile from NY State Boat Launch (Godfrey Point). Near by Boat Rental & Dock Rental(Anglers Bay)and Bait shops. One quarter mile from NY State 4 wheel Trail. The house is off the main highway of state route 49 on a lake drive and connects to the next drive over so it makes a great area to walk or for kids to ride bikes.
Laundry Mat, Gas Station, Grocery store, Restaurants, Churches only two miles from house. Seven Miles to Sylvan Beach & Amusement Park & Bar & Restaurants. 21 miles to Turning Stone Casino. 28 miles from Syracuse NY Airport. 32 Miles from Lake Ontario.

There is over 200 feet of lake frontage that has a park like setting. Close to everything, only a 7 mile drive to Sylvan or Verona Beaches and only 2 miles to local Gas Station, Grocery Store, Laundry Mat, Restaurants & Churches.
The Unique Benefits of this House
One mile away has the best New York State Boat Launch on Beautiful Oneida Lake. State trail for 4 wheeling is only 1/2 mile up the road and goes for many miles east or west.

THE HOUSE WAS ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL.VERY ROOMY AND SPACIOUS.LIVING ROOM IS HUGH,BUT THE ALCOVE WITH SKY LIGHTS WAS THE CROWNING JEWEL.DO NOT HESITATE TO RENT THIS PLACE,IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY.

My Wife and I spent 7 weeks at this property and enjoyed all of them, the area is beautiful, and it is easy to get to all of the attractions. I highly recomend this property for someone who wants to fish and relax.
