The cottages are set back from the roadside in a quiet position, 4 miles from Kirriemuir, Gateway to the Glens and 5 miles from Forfar, which has excellent amenities, shoppng and a good choice of restaurants. The Angus Glens are renowned for very attractive scenery and picturesque beauty spots with opportunities to enjoy walking, nature trails, fishing, bird-watching and pony trekking. The owner can arrange supervised horse-riding (at an extra charge) with the option of tuition in an all-weather arena. There are numerous golf courses to choose from locally, quaint coastal villages to explore, with boat hire and water sports available, and easy access to the cities of Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth.
