The house itself sleeps three and the separate annexe adjacent to the rear door sleeps a further two persons. The well kept mature gardens have outdoor furniture and there is ample parking. All accommodation is ground floor. Within easy walking distance are the village shop, an excellent inn and the Talisker malt whisky distillery which has a fascinating visitor centre. There is excellent shopping 15 miles away in Portree, Dunvegan with its mystical castle, home of the Clan McLeod, is 20 miles, the island golf course is 10 miles and the surrounding mountains and shoreline offer unrivalled climbing, walking and ornithology. This is the perfect base for exploring this unique and spectacularly beautiful island where scenic roads offer unparalleled vistas of sea, coast and mountain at every turn.
