On two levels, the cottage offers flexible accommodation and the rooms are comfortable and cosy. The private gardens are safely enclosed for children to play and guests can enjoy sitting out to watch the sun go down. The cottage is a short walk from Colintraive Bay and award winning pub and hotel, shop open am only, 1 mile. The ’Kyles’ are popular for kayaking and yachting and the waters are beautifully filled with white sails billowing in the wind. Cowal is a quiet, peaceful area with spectacular scenery, beautiful flora and fauna and a fascinating history to explore. The outstanding wildlife includes red and roe deer, buzzards and golden eagles and the superb outdoor activities incorporate fishing, sailing, walking, golf, cycling and birdwatching. Day trips can include the Isle of Bute, Dunoon, Inveraray and Tarbet a pretty fishing village via the Portavadie Marina and excellent restaurant . 2 double and 1 single bedroom (extra folding bed, travel cot and high chair available), lounge with open fire, well equipped kitchen, dining room which can be used as second lounge for children, bathroom, shower-room.
