Come enjoy our oceanview studio. We are the only unit with an ocean view that has replaced the old fashioned louvered windows with a full panel of glass. Our recent guests have said, "I can't believe how quiet the unit is, the view is gorgeous at such a great price!"

This condo is located on the top floor of a two story building so you won't hear any footsteps above. Unit features a queen bed and double sofa bed. Enjoy cooking in a stainless steel kitchen featuring granite countertop, full-sized stove and refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door.
The unit also has cable TV with DVR, high-speed internet connection and free long distance calling to anywhere in the USA and Canada.
Kihei Bay Surf features a large pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, two gas barbecues, tennis court, laundry facility and free parking. We have great views of the ocean through Kalepolepo Beach park where they have recently reconstructed an ancient Hawaiian fishing pond. The park has picnic tables, charcoal barbecues and a beach shower. The newly constructed ($2 million) NOAA Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary and Education Center is also just across the street. .
Kihei is centrally located to Maui's best attractions and just 20 minutes from Kahului airport. The complex is located within one mile of restaurants and stores including Longs Drug, Safeway, McDonald's, Taco Bell and many more.

I manage several properties in the Kihei/Wailea area and own a cleaning company that specializes in vacation rentals. My husband and I got Maui'ed in Makena and spent our honeymoon in Kaanapali. A few years (and two boys)later, we decided to "live the dream" and move to Maui. I love to walk in the mornings along the beach and watch the fish and turtles play in the surf. In the winter, we go whale watching, sometimes from boats but best on the road to Lahaina. I enjoy sharing my tips with visitors.
