This traditional country house is one of two lovely holiday properties set in the unspoiled beauty of the Assynt peninsula. Enjoying magnificent views over the green valley to the moors, the house is at the mid-point of the scenic single-track road, which winds round the coast from Lochinver to Kylesku. The house is exceptionally spacious with a charming atmosphere and very comfortable furnishings. It enjoys a sheltered wooded location with patio and garden furniture and is only 100 yards from SU301 - the properties can be booked together for larger family groups. The surrounding area offers excellent outdoor activities including walking, climbing, fishing, diving and boat trips. At the Geopark Assynt there are nature reserves, bird colonies and a wealth of flora and fauna. There is a beautiful beach nearby and each turn of the road opens up an ever-changing vista of sea, coast, mountains and moors. Local shop and pub 1 mile. First floor : 3 double, 1 twin and 1 child’s single bedroom (cot available), 2 bathrooms with shower over bath.
