Simply the best location! Just a ten-minute drive from the Disney Theme parks but set in the quiet haven of the prestigious Lindfields Estate. This luxury villa sleeps up to 12 people and is beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned with its own screened and private south-facing heated swimming pool. When you walk through the front door, you will truly experience the "wow factor".
The Villa is fully equipped to the highest standard. All bed linen, towels etc are supplied for your use during the holiday. A cot with linen and a high chair are also provided. There is also a safe for your use.
On the ground floor the large spacious open plan lounge is beautifully furnished including a TV/Video, DVD player and Music Centre. The breakfast area leads to a covered patio and Swimming Pool. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, coffee maker and an ice making machine. All necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.
The Villa has its own private screened-pool complete with a large sun deck and palm trees. Patio furniture includes table and chairs and two sun loungers, also a barbeque for long warm evenings eating by the pool.
Pool heating is available for cooler times of the year at an extra cost.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and its own TV. Large en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and private toilet and a large walk-in cupboard. There is a hairdryer and an electric hair styler here for you use.
The newly furnished Den/fifth Bedroom has a double sleeper sofa allowing a quiet area for relaxing or sleeping accommodation for two people.It can also be used as an alterative lounge and has its own television and Playstaion Two with 6 games. Opposite is a shower room with vanity washbasin and a separate toilet.
Garage and Utility Area
An internal door from the entrance hall leads to the large double garage. The garage includes a utility area with large washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric door opening control gives easy access in and out of the garage.
On the first floor there is a spacious double room with large fitted wardrobe, a queen-size double bed and a television and video recorder. There are two further twin bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. The bathroom upstairs has a combined bath and shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a hairdryer for your use here.
A large upstairs landing overlooks the downstairs creating a feeling of space.
Climate
There are four main seasons in Florida, and it helps to know what weather to expect when selecting your holiday wardrobe. Everywhere is very informal.
Spring (March-May)
High temperatures in the upper 80’s, cooler evenings with possible lows in the 50’s. Plenty of sunshine, with some spring showers. Swimsuits, shorts and light clothing for daytime, trousers and light sweaters/cardigans for cooler evenings.
Summer (June-September)
A daily temperature in the 90’s with strong sunshine, evening temperatures in the 70’s.Occasional afternoon thunderstorms, usually lasting only an hour. Visit attractions early, resting midday and returning at night to enjoy extended summers hours and night time shows, activities and barbecues. Swimsuits, light clothing and comfortable shoes. Sun protection a must.
Autumn (October-Mid December)
Ideal weather with daily temperatures in the high 80’s with evening temperatures in the 60’s. Abundant sunshine with some thunderstorms. Swimsuits and light clothing for daytime, light jacket for evening.
Winter (Mid December- February)
Cooler temperatures, especially between late December through January, 60-70’s average highs, night time lows of around 40’s. Swimsuits and light clothing for sunny warm afternoons, trousers and sweaters for the evenings. |
