Why the Owner Chose Tarpon Cove
My friend and I chose to buy this carriage home in Tarpon Cove of Naples (N Naples, just south of Bonita Springs) because of its location. We are close to everything (including the Gulf) without encountering traffic jams. We are in the strip between Tamiammi and the Gulf, a most convenient location if you love the beach and restaurants and shopping. Plus, we love the privileges of "the club". Not all residents of Tarpon Cove have this ammenity. Our unit was owned by an engineer, so we had a very good idea as to its quality. Ours is one of the few with 2 lanais (front & back). We love that! Most importantly, it is a main floor unit. We have a disabled person in the family and this is a "must". Despite being on the main floor of a 4-plex, we NEVER hear neighbors. Our location is most serene and relaxing. After we completely redecorated the interior, with the help of an interior decorator, we were ready to call it "home".
The Unique Benefits of this Carriage House
We enjoy riding the shuttle boat, from the yacht club, to the beach area; and having lunch, by the pool, at the club. It is a pleasure to walk to one of our three pools and hot tub, within our gated community, and to sit by the pond and watch the world go by. Our favorite breakfast place is The Trails which is very close by. We love going to the Naples Pier and, occasionally, the Ft. Meyers Pier. We are but a short drive from the Ft. Meyers airport. The resale shops are the most fun ever!!! They are everywhere and offer the most unique "junk". We often enjoy a day trip to take an air-boat ride and see the alligators and exotic birds. Most of all, we like to sit on our lanai and enjoy!
