Our beds are top of the line and extremely comfortable, our sofa is great for an afternoon nap and easily unfolds to a double bed for sleeping.
The master has a king-size bed with access to our balcony and a private full bathroom.
In the den we have a surround sound DVD and CD system to watch your favorite movie or entertain the kids while you prepare dinner in the open kitchen.
If you like grilling you can utilize the on property gas grills to barbeque your favorite dish. The second bedroom has two full beds and a wall mounted Plasma TV/DVD for your viewing pleasure.
For daytime activities the beach is less than 30 steps away and our two pools and hot tub provide fresh water fun after a swim in the ocean.
Our pride and joy is our balcony - furnished with comfortable wicker chaise, chair, ottoman, and more. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the beautiful sunset. This is where we spend our evenings!

Emerald Isle resort is located at the west (slower paced) end of Panama City Beach. Completed December 2005, Emerald Isle expands over 300 feet of beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Our four speedy elevators ensure you do not have to wait to get from beach to our condominium.
We are five steps from the elevator, minutes from shopping, and you can walk across the street for a tasty breakfast at family owned Mike's Diner - a real treat! We also enjoy over-size balconies at Emerald Isle - perfect for taking in awe-inspiring sunset views!

We stayed at "Its a Wonderful Life" three years ago and when we started talking about going to PCB again, everyone said, let's stay at the same place. We knew what to expect; so when we arrived, it was like coming home. We had a fabulous 7 days of great weather and a great time with family. Yes we were up high(15th floor) but that didn't take away from the sound of the waves, in fact, we probably heard them better because we were away from all the sounds of the pool, garage and all the activity. The breeze on the balcony made for a wonderful time day or night. It is larger than most with it's bow construction and the deck furniture was perfect for all our needs. I would reccommend this unit to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful long weekend at "its a wonderful life" condo. Great views, ocean wave sounds while sleeping, cocktails on the deck were part of wonderful experience. We'd recommend this location for anyone interested in a kicked back beach get-away. Thanks !
