This is a newly renovated Lake Cottage. The Vistas from this home are incredible. The home is a custom cottage located on an acre of private land. The focus is on tranquility. The dock is always in deep water. The property has about 100 feet of Private Shoreline.
The dock looks out to big water, but is quiet because it is in a no wake zone. The water is deep enough to accomodate small and the largest of watercraft. Enjoy this peaceful setting on the water.
The main home features a great room with exposed beams and newly finished hardwood floors. The kitchen is clean with brand new appliances. There is a beautiful 30 foot long screened-in porch that looks out to the lake. The screened porch has exposed beams as well as a 2 story ceiling. Your jaw will drop.
There are two bedrooms on the main level with a full bath. There are 2 additional private suites upstairs with there own private balconies. The home is on located on an acre of premium lake property so you are not right on top of another cabin.
Guests enjoy the convenience of Bald Ridge Marina around the corner. There is a small grocery and sandwich shop. There is a full service marina for fuel and supplies. Guests can go into downtown Cumming for restaurants, movies and shopping. You do not need to get on any major highways to get to downtown Cumming from this location.

It is one of the most picturesque areas on Lake Lanier. The water is always deep. This area never goes dry. This location is great for families because it is in a no wake zone. One our favorite activities is simply to swim off the dock and watch boats at night coming into to port at Baldridge Marina. At night you can see the lights reflect off the boats from the screened porch. Words can't not describe it. It is one of the most tranquil and refreshing atmospheres our family has ever enjoyed. Imagine swimming in a deep pool of water and having mountain views at the same time, yet the water is a perfect temperature. You will never want to leave. I promise.
