This new 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was designed particularly for the family vacationers, accommodating up to 6 adults and one baby. Whether you're vacationing or on a business trip, you can still stay connected with WIRELESS Comcast Cable High Speed Internet!
The views from the master bedroom and living room of this 18th floor condo are no less than spectacular! Only 20 feet of glass separates you from the 280 square foot balcony where you can watch the dolphins play, the birds dance, and the sun rise and fall; truly heavenly!
This large (1146 sf) condo is filled with luxurious, yet fun, comfortable beach décor to put you in the mood to relax. It boasts porcelain floors, granite counters, high ceilings, crown molding, and leather furnishings. Enjoy our private stash of movies, or play the stereo or your favorite CD's in stereo surround-sound on the 32' TV/DVD. Or just lose yourself in the spectacular oceanview or the one kind sealife photography displayed.
If you happened to pack a few kids in your luggage, they’ll love the guest bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed with fluffy pillows, stuffed animals, a 19'TV/DVD, video game players (Gamecube, Sega Dreamcast & Sega Genesis), over 30 video games, 30 plus board games, card games, toys and puzzles. And for the tiny traveler, we also provide a nice new portable crib/playpen and a corral so Mom and Dad can relax. The best part is that we left you a storage closet full of chairs, floats, umbrellas, kites, floats, buckets, shovels, and a wagon to drag it all to the beach! Or if you're kids are like ours, they'll want to jump in the wagon for the elevator ride!
As for Mom and Dad's accommodations, we offer luscious kingsize bedding, a 27'TV/DVD/VCR, 10 feet of glass leading to the private balcony and COMPLIMENTS OF GOD HIMSELF, a gentle hum of the rolling waves to lull you off to sleep! But during the waking hours we left you loads of magazines, novels, inspirational books,and adult card games.
The Emerald Isle Resort itself, offers high speed elevators, trash chutes, covered garage parking, two swimming pools (one heated and partially indoor), a large hot tub, a steam room, sauna, and a gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion with barbeque gas grills. During Spring Break and Summer, onsite water sports, chair and umbrella rentals are available.
This condo is within minutes of Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Pier Park, ZooWorld, Gulf World Marine Park, Dan Russell Municipal Pier, M.B. Miller Pier, St. Andrews State Recreation Area, Frank Brown Park, Museum Of Man In The Sea, Shell Island, Dolphin Encounters, and over a dozen miniature golf courses, go-kart tracks, arcades, not to mention, great dining championship golf courses. Indian Summer Seafood Festival is 2nd week of October.

We just returned from our time at the condo and it was the best 5 days we have had in years. The condo is exactly as advertised, and the location is perfect. The weather was amazing for the entire time and we were close to anything we wanted. Outstanding food, wonderful shopping, and the people were as friendly as we have ever seen. The condo was well stocked with the necessities and lots of extras. It was great to have the rafts and frisbees available. It is the ideal vacation spot for families and old fogies like us. Thanks for a time to remember!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

The Condo was beautiful, the pictures of the place are exactly as it is, we had a wonderful time, loved sitting on the balcony. Watched the dolphins every morning, sting rays. We also went on the Pirate Cruise, what a good time that was for the girls. I would recommend this condo to anyone with children, so many toys and games for them. Thanks for sharing part of your world with me and all my girls.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

"We had the pleasure of spending a week at this condo. What a beautiful condo and what a great week. Enjoyed the facilities. The view from the balcony was glorious. Saw stingrays and dolphins. Condo is well maintained, beachy flavor and owners were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back! PS. A BIG plus that most condos do not offer...owners were generous and trusting and allow vacationers to use their owner's closet full of pool/ocean toys and items.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

What an wonderful Holiday my Hubby and myself had at #1806. The only thing negative is that it was not a long enough stay. This we hope to rectify in 2010. We could not have asked for a more well taken and beautiful unit. Everything ,and I mean everything was at our fingertips and Panama Beach was a fun and friendly place to vist. We are a little late in posting our comments. We stayed in 1806 in September 08 and had a WONDERFUL time! It was our second year staying here and we love it. The condo is perfect for our family- so easy to get to and from the beach, stocked with toys and games, and our boys LOVED the pools. About the owner: Hello, We're Steve and Kelly Walsh and we're Hoosiers relocated to Atlanta, GA. We love our condo in Panama City Beach as do our beautiful children.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle:
Emerald Isle is on the newly developed 'quiet' West End of Panama City Beach, FL. We are less than 2 miles from the New Pier Park shopping district and minutes from most major attractions. When we saw Emerald Isle (after looking at every other complex on the beach) We fell in love with the oversized balcony's, the big rooms, the views and the quick elevators. The staff is awesome as well.
