Casa de Sabrina's casita offers one of the most charming guest-houses in the city. From the front windows one enjoys the antique cantara stone fountain, lush lawn and flowering garden which surrounds the property. Off its front porch is the vine covered outdoor sala.
The guest casita echoes the main house in design and décor. Warm terracotta walls and polished tile floors coupled with a most comfortable queen-size bed, mini-kitchen, a beautifully tiled bath with shower, living area, dining nook, and a lovely view of the fountain and garden. The custom-made queen-size bed with its delicious pillow-top mattress guarantees a good night's sleep.
The outdoor living room has a dining area, and comfortable cushioned sofas and chairs. This is the perfect place for using your lap-top or simply reading while listening to the fountain. A charcoal barbecue makes it the ideal spot for relaxing. Above the sala is a very large roof-top garden with a large table with umbrella for morning coffee or watching the sun set in the evenings.
The wonderful housekeeper, Luz lives right across the street and keeps an eagle's eye on the property. She cleans once a week and deals with water, trash and oversees all other details. Her husband Gregorio is a talented gardener who treats our garden as his own. It's a lush, fragrant year round retreat.
All utilities (electric, gas, water and trash)are included. Wireless high-speed internet service, Satelite TV will make you feel right at home.
