I stayed in this apartment for 10 days while visiting my family and friends in Budapest. I live abroad now but I grew up in Hungary and know the city well. The location is hard to beat: It is in the city center but on a narrow, one-way street, the metro, bus and tram stops are just around the corner yet the apartment is unbelievably quiet. Everything is easily accessible from there. There must be a hundred different restaurants in a few block radius. The unit itself is on a newly constructed floor of a typical, remodeled residential building. It is bright, simply but tastefully decorated and exceptionally well equipped. The photos don't give it justice. Most importantly, the owner’s mother, Piroska makes sure that it is spotless and very well maintained. The best flat manager won’t compete with her, there is nothing like her personal attention! She is also full of information, whether you need a metro pass or an ATM. I was very comfortable there but there is plenty of space for two. The whole transaction with the owner was flawless. I am really glad I found this flat, I will be a regular from now on.

This apartment and the rental arrangement were superb! Alexandra described the property perfectly and answered all our questions promptly. Her mother, Piroska, greeted us warmly and gave us excellent information. The apartment includes a washer, iron, coffee-maker and has a very well-supplied kitchen. Everything was immaculate, and the location could not be better. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you SO much, Alexandra and Piroska!

L'appartement est très bien situé, près de la rue principale et d'une place très vivante, mais dans une rue calme. Il estnon seulement parfaitement équipé, mais encore agréablement meublé, et bien sûr, la propreté est absolument irréprochable. La propriétaire (à la fois en France, et sur place), est extrêmement serviable et riche en informations et conseils. J'y reviendrais les yeux fermés, c'est pour moi 'l'adresse à Budapest'

Un apartamento muy cuidado y muy bien situado en la ciudad. Cerca de una zona muy animada pero en una calle muy tranquila. El recibimiento bien y el precio muy bueno. Ideal para una estancia corta en Budapest, permite ver la ciudad de maravilla. Excelente!!

The apartment is in the heart of Budapest with in the reach of all sites of interest. There are also several good restaurants and cafehouses in a minute walk. The host really makes you feel welcome. Thank you

Un apartamento muy bien situado, muy cerca del metro y de una de las principales calles de Budapest. Muy bien equipado, no se echa a faltar nada. Pero lo mejor de todo es el trato recibido. "The apartment is very well fitted out, just right for our 2 weeks stay, the owner's representative was absolutely charming and very helpful. Going out of her way to help with questions and arrange internet access, thank you. The location, was sensational. within a few minutes walk of things we wanted to see and places to visit. eg opera house.
