1200 square foot home on All Sports Little Platte lake. Only nine years old and completely updated. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, first floor full bath, living room with reclining couch, two comfortable chairs, TV with DVD player & cable.

Full kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses and much more. Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dining table seats four, plus four TV trays, loft with two twin beds one queen-size bed, couch, TV with DVD player and half bath.

Home is located in the American Resort. Walking distance to party store / ice cream parlor/pizza shop. Canoe rental available to canoe the Platte River to Lake Michigan. Enjoy the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. Crystal Mountain only 15 minutes away to ski or golf. Traverse City also 15 minutes away. Enjoy all the walking and hiking trails, fishing on Big and Little Platte Lake, Lake Michigan, the Betsie River and more.
