This Beautiful Home is ONLY 120 feet from the Beach and was recently updated/remodeled. Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views and the unique décor while vacationing in this spacious home.
The first floor features 4 bedrooms (each with its’ own half bath and sharing a shower/bathtub with a neighboring room), and a full laundry room. There is also a Private Hot Tub and a Gas BBQ Grill, along with a hanging swing and deck chairs. The second floor offers the large great room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as gorgeous southeastern ocean views! There is also a fifth bedroom with full bathroom access. The kitchen was renovated with modern appliances, which includes a new refrigerator with a Water/Ice dispenser. Sunbathers will enjoy the large wraparound decks on both floors. The third floor consists of a gameroom/sunroom fully equipped and ready for some fun with a queen futon, TV, WEii, and a Foozball table.
In the summer weekly rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Discounts given to military, law enforcement, fire personnel and teachers.
