Enjoy exploring acres of New York and Pennsylvania Statelands, including hiking & wildlife viewing. Swimming and superb fishing for Largemouth Bass (up to 9 lb) and Crappies (up to 14-inches), other species include Sunfish, Perch, Pickerel, Bullhead.

Nearby: Golf, Fine Dining, Oquaga Lake and its many amenities, Apples and Wild Blueberies abound, Horseback Riding, Boating, Skiing at Elk and Greek Peek Mountains, Kayaking, Canoeing, Mountain Biking, Antique Shopping, Cinemas, Museums, Day Trips to Binghamton, Finger Lakes and Cooperstown. Organic farm is only 3 miles away.

World class rainbow and brown trout fishing on the West Branch of the Delaware River and Oquaga Creek is only 5-minutes away.Cannonsville Reservoir is 5 miles from the house and offers some of the most spectacular Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow/Brown Trout fishing in New York State (special permit required). Hunting for whitetail and variety of smallgame is available as we are within minutes of NY and PA Statelands.

  • This was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Very peaceful area, but still plenty of outdoor activities and all the amenities we needed. We look forward to staying at this house again.

  • The Blueberry Lake house provided my family of 5 a great vacation week. We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, canoeing/kayaking on the lake, fishing, just sitting on the dock. Our kids ran down to the dock every morning in their pj's, while I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the deck. The yard provided shade and an inviting hammock. The accomodations were really nice, with 3 bathrooms providing lots of nice hot water. We did not want to leave and will plan on returning!

  • Thank you, owners! The place is beautiful. Fishing is great even from the dock - we did not have too much luck with the weather to try fishing from the boat, but caught some good size crappies, bass and pickerel right from the dock. The house is big, comfortable and has all amenities you could think of including sauna. Lake is nice and quite since there are no motorboats allowed. We would definitely consider this place as a number 1 choice for our next visit to this area. Thanks ! Oleg

  • Great place for fisherman (and fisherwomen) of all ages. Two boats are available to rentors, and the lake is full of fish. I caught many bass, a few good-sized pickerel and the largest crappie's I've ever encountered. As a bonus, the West Branch of the Delaware river is only a 15-minute drive away. The owner is very accomodating, and an extremely enthusiastic fisherman who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed--and he gave me some great fishing tips to boot!

  • my friends and i had a great weekend up at blueberry lake. the house had plenty of couches to hang out on, and came with everything we needed. the owner was really helpful with questions we had about where things were. we grilled all weekend on the nice gas grill and went fishing on the lake. we were the only people on the lake most of the time, and caught some pretty decent bass. the water was also clean and warm enough for swimming. it was the perfect relaxing weekend out of the city. one important thing rentors should be aware of is that none of us had cell phone reception (verizon, t-mobile, sprint), which could actually be a good thing. but there is a landline, so rentors should pick up a calling card if they absolutely need to stay in touch with the outside world.

  • Our vacation at this house was very enjoyable. The house itself was clean. Everything we needed was there. The surroundings are beautiful--you can actually see the stars at night. The lake made our stay even better. We were fishing most of the time. Another good thing about this lake house is that there is almost no one around so we had the whole lake to ourselves.
