Welcome to our luxury villa, which is just two miles to Disney. Brand new for 2006, our luxury villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps up to 14 people, It covers more than 3000 square feet of living space.
This villa offers every comfort that you would expect from a five star resort. There is a large porch, covered lanai, with extended decking, around the large heated pool and jacuzzi spa, with safety netting. Premium furniture and accessories include, a wall mounted flat panel HDTV with digital cable, free high speed internet access and long distance phone calls.
Our villa has two Kings, two queens, along with two, twin themed bedrooms, each with TV and DVD. A video game system, along with games and films, is included in the game room with pool table, basket ball hoop machine, fooz ball, dart board and much more.
A high chair and grill on patio, make for excellent outdoor dining. The Villa just opposite to the children's play ground, that way parents can relax on the patio and still have access to their children. A must for your next vacation or get together.
Some of the magnificent features of this 24-hour Man-Gated community include a luxurious heated lagoon-style pool with fountains, waterslides, water jet and a Jacuzzi, children’s water play area with water slides and a separate toddle pool, lot of cushioned loungers, and many more features to enjoy as you soak in the Florida sunshine.
The lighted tennis, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area. Next to it, there’s a fabulous “Castle” play area and children’s playground. The unique, castle themed playground has something for everyone. A dragon guards the drawbridge over the moat and once inside, children and imaginations run wild! Whether it’s a quiet game of jumbo chess or rescuing a damsel in distress from the castle dungeon, boys and girls of all ages are sure to find a one of a kind play experience and they will come back again and again.
