Ideal house with perfect location for a large family vacation

This rental property exceeded all our expectations for a vacation retreat. We went with 6 adults and 4 kids, and had plenty of room for everyone. The house and grounds were in great shape, and the location was perfect. We left Magic Kingdom after the fireworks one niight, which ended at 10:15pm, took a monorail to the parking lot, walked to the car, and were still back in the house by 10:45. None of the Disney properties were more than a 15 minute drive from the house. And the community where the house is located is great too. We were right across the street from a large playground, which was great for the kids. And the walk to the community pool was only a few minutes. House itself was clean and updated, and kids loved the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Victor was very helpful and reqponsive, and our security deposit for the house was in the mail back to us the day after we checked out. Would highly recommend this property.

The listing description and the pictures of the house reflected exactly what we found upon arrival. It was just perfect for 4 couples allowing each couple their own bathroom to use and was very spacious which allowed for plenty of room for everyone. The heated pool and spa and outdoor patio were perfect for relaxing after a day of golf. I would highly recommend this home to friends or relatives! I can't say enough good things about Victor. He was extremely responsive and so helpful with every question or concern that I may have had and my deposit was refunded back to me the day after we vacated the rental! Thanks Victor! We hope to be back next year!

We came from Colorado with 36+ people and rented three homes in Windsor Hills. Those who ended up with this house were treated to a beautiful home. Those who ended up on other houses were bummed that they did not get this house! I would recomment this home over all others. The home was clean and well decorated. Easy and convenient to all the theme parks. Never will I stay in a hotel in Orlando again.

Property is spacious and clean! We have rented multiple times at Windsor Hills and hands down this property has been the best! We had a few issues but they were quickly resolved by property management. Owner is quick to respond on emails and very trustworthy. Deposit returned quickly. I suggest if you are looking for a place to stay at Windsor Hills and need the space this is the place to rent! Thanks again Victor!

Everything about this rental was fantastic! The house was great...working with Victor was so easy...even the guards at the gate were genial! We had two families stay together and we always had enough room. We had fun in the game room and using the park across the street, and we never even got to see the theatre. We all loved it and can't wait to book again. **Make sure you buy your extras like toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, even salt and pepper

This is a perfect Disney family vacation rental. We chose this rental based on the photos and the great reviews. Everyone said that Victor was very good at responding to questions and emails and he definitely was! We were so pleased when we arrived. The carpets had been recently cleaned and everything was in beautiful shape. My kids loved the Sponge Bob and the Princess rooms. They were perfect. We traveled with 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves. The pool was clean and warm, even the first week of October. It was great having the playground right across the street too. We will be back to stay at Victor's lovely home again. This one is a winner!

We traveled with 5 children from North Carolina to Orlando and as soon as we arrived at this home our children were elated! They all had big roomy bed rooms. The pool was wonderful. Everything was very clean. We spent a relaxing day laying around the resort pool (that had a 3 story water slide) the kids watched a movie in the resort private movie theater. At night they could play on the playground across the street. We were only 15 min from everything! It was wonderful coming home from the parks and relaxing by your own private pool having a drink! All I can say is that we don’t live in 1 hotel room why spend our vacation in 1 when you can live like this for the same price? We highly recommend this home! Victor was amazing & we had our deposit back in 24 hours! The Nortons

The home was great! We had a party of 11 for 5 nights and never felt crowded. Plenty of room. Kids loved the large playground across the street and the large community pool with the big waterslide. Very close to a number of places to eat, shop and 5-10 minutes to Disney Parks and part of a very secure complex. Victor was great to work with. We would definitely stay at the house again.

My family stayed at this vacation home for 11 nights in April 2011. It was very nice, clean, and spacious. The Windsor Hills resort is great. Just steps across the street is a large playground and a 5 minute walk will get you to the large pool area. Victor (the owner) is great to deal with. The security deposit was refunded very quickly. I do recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

My family (2 sets of grandparents, 2 sets of parents and 4 kids (4 and under)) had a fabulous time at this villa. We loved the pool, my son had to be persuaded to get out the first day to go to the park. The owner was incredibly easy to work with, we had a last minute change to our reservation and were responded to and accomodated very quickly. It is directly across the street from a fantastic kids playground. The pool was wonderfully warm and in good condition. Our deposit was refunded within 48 hours as promised. It was an excellent vacation for a fantastic price!

This villa is excelent! It is very close to theme parks. Our kids enjoyed a lot! We loved the heated pool. We had no problems. And our deposit was returned within 48 hours after we left the villa. Victor is an excelent person to work. The rental process was very easy. We recommend this house to everyone Also we will try to stay there again when we return to Orlando. This house was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and so roomy that the nine of us never felt crowded. Our 4 year old granddaughter made everyone come upstairs the very first thing to see her princess room! All three grandchildren loved the pool so much that they wanted to leave the theme park's early to go back and swim. We LOVED how convenient it was to the theme parks. We called maintanance about a problem with the washer, and the next day when we got home, a new washer had been installed! We were extremely impressed with the quick service. In addition, our deposit was returned within 24 hours. Victor was very easy to work with during the rental process. All in all, we had a great trip and would highly recommend this house to anyone, and will certainly use it again when we return to Orlando.

The house was great from the moment we arrived. There was lots of home supplies for us to use while we were there. All of the rooms were very comfortable. And the kids loved the pool and the rooms. It was also very convienent to all the restaurants, malls, and any other events that you may have in mind to attend. I would definetly go back soon..

Our experience was absolutely amazing!! First of all, Victor was very helpful and is amazing to deal with! (Thank you Victor again so much for all your help!) He was always very responsive and does deliver a very personal experience. We had a pretty large party for our church and he was so willing to work with us to accomodate everyone. We also received our security deposit back within 48 hours and was able to communicate this information back to our group in a timely manner. We absolutely loved this property. Victor is amazing to deal with! He is very responsive and offers a very personal experience. We contacted many houses to rent before we called Victor and many of them did not return my calls or were very rude on the phone. Victor is very easy to talk with and is willing to accommodate your family. Also, I received the security deposit back within 48 hours of arriving home from the airport. I highly recommend you call Victor to plan your next vacation! You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness of the house and the accommodations. My kids loved the Spongebob and Dora rooms and my 9 year old was in heaven in her own room with her own bathroom. We arrived at the house at around 3pm, with everything in working order and very tidy. There were plenty of linens and utensils in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was a perfect addition to our vacation - they make for a much lighter, smaller suitcase to carry, being able to only pack a small amount of clothing and washing daily. The house is immediately across from the playground and within walking distance to the pool. The community center has a very reasonably priced store, a large pool, workout room and most of all a 30-40 person theatre where the residents (like yourself) can select the movie (from a predetermined list of movies that are very current - we saw the Incredibles and Avatar) that you would want played during any day. We really appreciated having the 24-hour gated security and the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall we would definitely visit this community again and rent from Victor again.

We loved this property. We had 13 people in our party (including 5 kids) and had more than enough room to spread out and come together. Nicely appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood was super close to Disney - having stayed on property the last two visits, driving/parking at the parks was as convenient (if not more so) as using Disney transportation. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely stay at this property again.

What a great property!! From one homeowner to another, we throughly enjoyed our stay. The lcoation is fabulous. Very short ride to Disney and right across the street from a park - perfect for occupying the kids every morning while mom packs for Disney. The pool is great too. Very warm and the hot tub was delightful. We were in them every night! CAn't wait to return on our next Disney adventure!!!

our family just returned from this marvelous, wonderful villa!!!!!!! it was spotless ,very very clean, and beautiful, and spacious. the furniture was of superb quality and the owners were wonderful people to deal with!!!! The whole area is gorgeous and clean and safe, as there is always a guard around,very courteous and the houses are behind the gate, so one feels very safe. all my grandchildren loved the beautiful disney-like playground across the street from our house and the pool in our house was always warm. the clubhouse pool is wonderful!! We would definitely return to the same house.

We just returned from staying at this Dream Villa in Windsor Hills and wanted to make a very favorable comment about this home...It met all of our expectations from what we read on their site and had a lot of extras for our Grand Children that we did not even expect...play ground across the street, Pack n Play, Hi Chair, Baby Walker, Baby Gates, Game Room...We think that this is a wonderful home for big families and we would definetly stay here again. On a score from 1-10 we would rate this home a 10!

Very positive experience renting from these folks! The home is beautiful and is situated in an outstanding community perfect for children. It was less than 15 minutes to Universal and even less to Disney. Landlord was very cooperative and returned out deposit within three days of checkout. I highly recommend this home and will use it again!

We love this home!!! We have stayed in this house several times and the place is wonderful. The house is very spacious and well kept and the locations is incredible. If you have smaller children in your party this is the house to stay in. The playground is right outside across the street. It is wonderful. I will be back again next year for sure.
