Our "Home Away from Home" is conveniently located in the Winter Park/Fraser Valley area. The condo has been completely remodeled, in fact the remodel was just finished. It is minutes away from downhill and cross-country ski areas which include Winter Park, Mary Jane and Sol Vista as well as more than 650 miles of hiking and biking trails. The west entrance to Rocky Mountain Park is about an hour's drive. Grandby Reservoir and Grand Lake are 45 minutes away. This is a great vacation spot...summer or winter!
Located on the first floor, our unit has more than 1400 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath. The other bedroom has two double beds and twin bed. There is another full bath just across the hall. We do have an additional bedroom and bath which is attached to this unit and can be rented. This bedroom sleeps two additional people.
The condominium complex is bordered by woods and single-family homes, providing a quite atmosphere. There is a Laundromat in the building and a relaxing hot tub a few steps from the door to our building. There are also tennis courts and a sauna on the premises. The free ski shuttle stops right out front during Ski Season.

We rent all three bedrooms and three couples come to ski for two weeks. The condo is clean and comfortable, plenty of room and everything you need.

We have been coming to the Bradsby's condo for the past 4 years. We love it! The free ski shuttle and close stores make it a dream. Plenty of room for our family. We usually stay 2 weeks and hate to go home!
