  This condo was very inviting, comfortable, and clean. The whole process of renting was an easy one. We had everything that we needed within the home; and it did feel like a home. The Safeway was around the corner, and the drive to Winter Park Resort was less than 10 minutes. You can't beat the location and the surroundings with the Continental Divide, and beautiful mountain views. Our vacation was great and the owners were so kind and helpful. You can't go wrong with this rental. It's one of the best experiences we've ever had. We would like to thank the owners for a wonderful time!

  This is a great value and location. Price can't be beat! Has 2 private bedrooms, 2 BATHROOMS which is great if more than 2 people in your group. Convenient to stores, restaurants and ski resorts. 5 Minutes to Winter Park or 15 to the more affordable Granby Ranch. The option to clean yourself and save on that fee was great as well. Ground level - so no steps too! Looks just like the photos.

  Clean, comfortable, cozy and reasonable. The rate could not be beat for the space, location and amenities! Having two bathrooms was a great plus. Also the extra area when you walk in to store ski boots and stuff. The fireplace kept the rooms comfortably warm and set a nice atmosphere when you came home to a warm glow. The bus does stop right outside but it is a very short distance to winterpark and downtown fraser for shopping, dining out, etc. We would definitely stay again. There ended up being 5 of us (three in their early twenties) and we never felt like we were overcrowded. Convenient location in a quiet area. Owners were very nice and responsive to our questions.

  This Fraser condo is on the 1st floor in a quiet complex. The owners are wonderful and the condo is just as represented. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The price can't be beat. We would definately recommend checking it out.

  The condo was comfortable and accommodating as promised. All our needs were met as far as household amenities. Very convenient to Fraser & Winter Park. We dined at Emilie's Wine & Tapas bar and thoroughly enjoyed that experience (don't be in a hurry though). We also went to the Tabernash Tavern and were impressed with the quality of the service. Hernando's Pizza is a delicious staple too. We found the staff at the library to be very helpful as well. The condo owners maintain a nice clean space and provide lots of information on the area. I would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

  We stayed here for 9 nights on our skiing trip. The location was excellent. The condo was very spacious and accomodating. The shuttle bus was right outside our door, which was very nice. We didnt have to fight to find parking places at the ski resort. The hot tub really hit the spot after the long day on the mountain. We loved our stay and plan on revisiting here in the upcoming year for more fun in the snow! Loved it!

  We rent all three bedrooms and three couples come to ski for two weeks. The condo is clean and comfortable, plenty of room and everything you need.

  This is the second time we stayed at this condo. This time we brought another family because there is so much room...3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great fun, great snow, great condo

  We have been coming to the Bradsby's condo for the past 4 years. We love it! The free ski shuttle and close stores make it a dream. Plenty of room for our family. We usually stay 2 weeks and hate to go home!
