Upper Level: Master bedroom containing a king-size bed, guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and children's bedroom with full size bed on bottom and twin bunk above.

Lower level:
Dining Area: Leather dinning table and chairs, elegant furnishing.
Living Room: Leather Couches with queen-size sleeper sofa, High Definition TV, Yamaha surround sound, DVD and VCR. High ceilings, Large Windows with exceptional lighting into Living room, western exposre with beautiful view of ten mile mountain range.

Garage: Two-car heated garage, ski racks, sports Equipment including two mountain bikes, two tennis rackets, Fishing rods, Gas Grill, Patio Furniture.

Back-porch: Large 10x10 feet porch with patio furniture and gas grill. Expansive views of Breckenridge Mountain and ten mile range

We have just purchased this townhouse and an interior designer has completed refurnishing.There are numerous artworks from internationally known artists.

Perfect for two families. This townhouse allows you the convenience of being slope-side via the benefit of a free private shuttle to and from Breckenridge mountain and Main Street. The added benefit is that you can escape from the crowds of the slope-side residences when a little rest and relaxation is in order.

Top quality linens are provided. Seventh Day is always free.

We do not use a management company and thus we are able to ofer you this rental at a significant discount. Typically rental companies charge 40% for there service. We discount our townhouse 20% from the same townhouses managed by the rental companies.

We do not rent to anyone under 30. We require a valid drivers license for reservation. No pets Please

If you reserve 2 months in advance during spring, summer and fall or 4 months ahead in winteryou will receive a 20% discount.



Free private shuttle from your door steps to town.

Pick ups from front steps of the Townhouse; Drop off and pick ups to/from Snow flake, beaver runs lifts and Main street.

Shuttle Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; 6:30 pm to 10:15 pm.

Friday - Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; 6:30 pm to 1:00 am.

      This is one beautiful townhouse. It is only partially redecorated and already far exceeded my expectations. The owners gave me a 20% discount because all of the new furniture had not yet arrived. Even with the 2 year old furniture it was far nicer than the majority of places I have stayed in Breckenridge. I will certainly come back. I cant wait to see it once the refurnishing/redecorating is comppleted. Simply exquisite.
